Good shower and nice breakfast ”
We stayed here for 1 night whilst doing the thakhet loop. Nice big room with lots of natural light, some questionable stains on linen. Nice hot shower! Had breakfast which wasn't included in the price but was great. Nice place to stay for the price.

It's my favorite guest house on the loop. Super clean and comfy. The owner herself was very nice. I broke my ankle from my bike and she gave me ice and care. The food and vibe here are laso recommendable. In all, I would like to stay again if I come back.

It eas so busy doing our stay, but the owners did a great job juggling between serving food, renting scooter, and helping out with the local bus coming back to Vientiane. Great job, would definitely recommend!

The rooms are really clean, bed is comfortable. Food in the restaurant is good too. Not easy to eat in Khoun Kham so we're really happy about the restaurant and the menue. Kitchen is open the whole day. Renting motorbike is possible too. To Konglor Cave you need approximately 1 hr, 45 km. Booking the bus to Thakhek was possible too. The owner is well- speaking english and really fit in managing different things. Really helpful (renting a motorbike for us from another guesthouse because we were too late in booking the motorbike from this guesthouse..they have 2 Motorbikes- be faster with your booking)! I can just recommend!
false advertising ”
Paid for 2 nights but got there and everything that was on offer on AGODA, they had none of it, refused to give me refund even tho I left and went elsewhere and lied about not being able to contact AGODA to change what they had advertised. Stay at lots of places over the past few months but this was the only place that wouldn't provide the services listed and lied so casually to avoid giving a refund. Avoid at all costs.
Sweet spot to stay on the Thakhek Loop”
We stayed at the Sanhak for one night during our motorbike ride of the Thakhek Loop. It is a small, quiet and clean guesthouse in a convenient location to both the Konglor Caves and the road out of the loop. The proprietress was very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable enough (super firm Asian mattress) and the wifi worked fine while in the dining area. They did our laundry quickly and cheaply. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse.

Rooms are very clean and comfy. Staff is helpful and the returant is very good. Will do dishes other than the menu items. It is about 45 kms from KongLor Cave, and they let us store our packs while we went to the cave and then returned to Thakhek.

Clean rooms at fair prices. They have a nice terrace to eat and chillout during the day. The staff is friendly but very sad and not too talkative so we felt a bit sorry for them. Good for a short term stay on the way to Konglor.

Wir haben das Hotel zunächst für eine Nacht als Zwischenstop für den Loop gebucht. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir direkt um eine Nacht verlängert haben. Der Ort ist ein super Ausgangspunkt um bis zur Konglor Höhle zu fahren (40km). Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das Essen im Restaurant ist lecker und günstig. Ich konnte seit Monaten das erste Mal ohne Ohrstöpsel schlafen, so ruhig ist es dort nachts. :-) Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!!

Das Guesthouse ist ca. 40 km von der Konglor Höhle entfernt, aber mit einem Roller sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit beim organisieren der Weiterreise und geben gerne und viele Infos über die Gegend oder sonstige Fragen. Es lohnt sich mit dem Roller einfach den ganzen Tag alles zu erkunden. Definitiv zu empfehlen

Kamer was prima, erg fijn dat er een koelkastje bij zat. 2x diner en ontbijt gehad in het bijbehorende restaurantje en dit was dik in orde voor een goede prijs! Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ook was er veel info voor de loop en andere dingen, zoals bussen en dagtrips in het restaurant.
