very nice budget hotel”

It was my first time ever to penghu island even though I've been to Taiwan itself many times; the hotel had free airport pickup which I do appreciate and the staff also helped to arrange a tour guide for one day and I enjoyed the tour of the islands very much. The room was quite spacious and through it was quite basic but it fulfilled most of my needs. Only thing that I didn't quite like was the breakfast as they only offered vouchers to the nearby fast food restaurant so I had to eat burger breakfast for 3 days in a row. Taiwan especially penghu islands surely can come up with a better breakfast than that.

Good location with good view”

I can see the sunset in room. The room is very clean, the hotel is located in the downtown. You can walk to the pier and night market within 10 mins walk. Staff are nice too. They are willing to give you recommendation on tour plan.

Training is needed for the staff”

The staff is not familiar with the SOP. Provided us the inaccurate informations. They told us that u are allow to check in now however the guest actually still not check out yet. They have asked me to pay, however I have compeleted the payment via Agoda online. They mentioned tat " we have secured ur credit card info however we have yet to proceed ur payment" after a few minutes a senior staff told us tat sorry u have done the payment. This made me not satisfied. Moreover, they gave the wrong breakfast coupon...... I strongly suggest the owner to provide the proper training to your employees.

Superb place with great staffs”

The room is nice and clean, and the toilet bowl is pretty high tech =) The staffs (especially Ann) are very helpful and friendly. Many thanks to them for helping us with great recommendations and bookings. Location-wise is good as this place is situated near the sea. I strongly recommend this place for anyone that visits Penghu.

they offered breakfast vouchers from McDonald's or Mos Burger. Walking distance to the busy part of town. Very clean and the staff was helpful! They even had a water dispenser by the elevator, very thoughtful.

cozy stay”

Front desk was nice but they dont speak english well but they try to help our needs like rent a motorcyle and how to go here and there. Clean room and clean bathroom. They provide wifi connection per room so you can expect strong internet connection. We got the promo rate so its good for budget travellers. We had a good stay.

Good location and friendly staff”

Staffs are very friendly, able to help with tour booking and etc. Location wise 10 mins walking diatance to all the tourist spot at magong city. There is free flow soft drinks available as well.

The airport shuttle service was great. Walking distance to the main street. The staff was nice and they helped us to book tickets with discount.

Amazing place!”

The Sea Residence really deserves its high ratings. The location is perfect, place is nice and clean close to the port with optional breakfasts at mos burger or mcdonalds. They provide you with full service like renting the scooters, booking the trips to diferrent islands, they are just always there for you with assistance. There is also a shared kitched available with coffee machine, toilet and shower that you can use after your check-out. Everything was just perfect! Thank you Sea Residence.

I stayed 3 days(2 nights) here. Everything is great! The room is very clean/calm, and the location is perfect. Staffs are excellent/awesome/kind! She is been a lot of help. Planning a trip, nearby resultants, etc. I would recommend everyone this Sea Residence! I will visit this lodging again next summer!

久しぶりに素晴らしいホテルで宿泊出来ました。 こちらからのリクエストを上回る、親切な対応には感謝しかありません。 繁華街からは少し離れていますが、食事場所や老街は歩いて行ける範囲です。 海の前なので、ロケーションも最高でした。 惜しむらくは、排水管から少し臭いが上がって来ます。 次回澎湖島に宿泊する機会があれば、是非もう一度泊まりたいホテルです。
