We had a great stay here in Wulai. It’s a family run establishment and room was clean and well furnished. The private hot spring bath was wonderful and relaxing. We were also served breakfast (delicious toast and coffee) in bed! Read some earlier comments that check in could only be after 5pm, figured out that they provide daytime rental to travellers on day trip and wish to experience the private hot spring bath. I think it’s a common practice among many establishments in the area.

I had a lovely time here, room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had the bath where you can have hot spring water for bathing. My room was right by the river, which was lovely in the morning for another quick soak. The “hot spring strip” from the bus stop is actually a little bit of a walk, but honestly not that bad (~10 min walk). It is close to the tram (recommend) to take it further up where the Falls and the gondola is. Free simple breakfast (2 toast, boiled egg, and a hot drink) delivered right to your door. The service for the most part was fantastic. Owner let me leave my luggage there after I checked out so I can check out Wulai. There is only one “potential minus.” The place is indoor shoes only above the lobby, which is totally fine. I left my shoes at the common shoe stand. Here’s the thing: My shoes get wet very easily and you can notice the wet stain on the inside very easily (it gets dark brown as opposed to regular light brown). When I was checking out, I noticed someone wore my shoes out. Half of both my shoes were visibly dark brown. Yes they were damp the night before, but I know it dries the next day, and generally would dry evenly. It was very odd that someone would wear my shoes out, even if it’s a short jaunt. That is not ok. I cannot say if it was the staff, but I honestly can’t see a guest doing that. Despite that, I still recommend the place. Just would bring my shoes with me next time...

Good place to stay with some opportunity for improvement”

Great hot tub to enjoy the hot spring water. Friendly staff. However, note the late check-in time. Breakfast good be improved since it is only one toast and one egg per person. Tea was very sweet even when we asked for no sugar.

Great value spa near river entry”

Cute family run spa hotel. Great value, though part of that is because you need to vacate the room during the day (12pm-7pm). Perfect if you're only there one night. Bath-room has a nice tub, and airy windows, with a view of the river. Location is <5 minute walk to the main street, but it's very close to the (technically closed but still accessible) riverside with the natural hot springs.

Rooms are nothing special, except of the big bathtub. The hosts speak no english at all and use a translation app to communicate with you, but they are making an effort to help you. The biggest problem or weird thing was, that we had to check out between the days. Because they rent the rooms by hour per day. So we could check in at 17:30 pm and had to check out the next day till 12:00 am, just to check in again at 17:30 pm. That was kind of strange.

혼자 1박 했습니다 패밀리마트에서 작은다리 건너면 길따라 노포들이 즐비해있고 계속 가다보면 다리 지나서 왼쪽으로 진행하면 우라이온천 호텔이 길따라 10개 정도 있어요 사장님 친절합니다 번역기도 돌리곸 한국어 1정도하는 순박한 농촌 아가씨가 알바합니다 대중탕은 없고 룸에 개인탕 있고요 켠디션 나쁘지 않아요 아침에 편도로 관광기차 타시고 내려올때 걸어서 산보하며 내려오세요 조식은 포기하세요 커피하고 샌드위치 룸으로 가져다 줍니다 우라이 이 주변 호텔들 처럼 일반 호텔로 생각하지 마시고 편하게 온천목욕하러 왔다고 생각하시면 좋은 여행이 될것 같습니다

房間很小，設施還好，但溫泉浴缸很大”

如題，設施並不多，是老舊的溫泉民宿，但還算乾淨。 房間裡面沒有冰箱，但浴室的浴缸很大 我身高177cm可以幾乎躺平進去，只露出一個頭 太太也可以跟我並肩坐著泡溫泉 溫泉浴缸是有按摩的水柱的，浴缸旁邊有電視可以看，但是可以選的台數不多，比房間裡的還少很多。 整題住宿感覺還可以接受，著重泡湯享受的可以試試看。
