Horrible experience ”

Staff doesn't speak English at all. When we arrived, we were place at a dusty room. We requested a towel since there's nothing they prepare. Into our surprise one staff went up and knock our door brought a phone and a Google translator because they can't understand what a fucking towel means! We arrived an hour early so we decided to have lunch first. We came back and my husband asked the reception if we could check in they answered we cannot yet. Into our surprise a couple of guests arrived and are allowed to check in so I asked again if we can check in already they answered me that we can. 🙄 jeez! Language barrier as it's finest. We stayed 4 or 5 nights but they never cleaned our room. Our garbages already smelled and qe ran out of toilet papers but no updates or answer from them.

It was okay staffs are so kind and they could speak English so no problem to communicate with them but the only one that i disappointed is location! We have to walk for over 10mins to taipei bridge station(the nearest mrt station from hotel) but it is far from taipei main station or ximending we had to transfer . Except these things hotel was clean, tidy and sightseeing was wonderful

Poor Room Cleanliness ”

The room is very dusty. From air-con duct to the table lighting, you will see a 5mm thick layer of dust sitting there especially for the room 1702. I am unsure if the bedsheets has been changed daily but both my spouse and I can’t sleep well and had been feeling itchy throughout for the first 2nights until the staff finally changed it for us. I hope to see more improvement in the cleanliness portion.

Small but nice room”

The room was small, but cute and adequate for our stay. The location is not in the central area, so frequent transfers was required for the subway. No fault in so much the hotel itself, but we did have some neighbours that were pretty loud at 2am, and the sound travelled through the walls so it was difficult to sleep. Other than that one incident, everything else was fine.

Near to mrt within 10 min walking distance”

Overall, i was quite satisfy with my stay at Bali Suites Hotel. The room we stayed was big, very comfortable and fully equipped. The hotel is near to MRT, within 10 min walking distance from MRT. This hotel is clean, nice and is located at 16th Floor and 17th floor of a building. Inside the building have restaurant, Karaokay, Food Court, Cinema, Watsons, and a lot of entertainment facilities. Like!

comfortable, value for money”

The stay was nice. The room was comfortable enough and have good service. I don't find any problem with the stay except for the language barrier with the staff since they couldn't speak english. But still they showed efforts to communicate with us. So that would not be a big problem. The hotel itself is more like a love hotel. Our room was upgraded to a nice view with a round bed without any extra charges. The breakfast was simple. Only porridge and bread.

First, the webpage says they can speak english but their staff absolutely doesn't. We were looking for towels and ask them to give us but they didn't understand it one of their staff went on our door brought a google translator to translate what we needed. Check in time is 5 in the afternoon but we advised ahead that we will arrive earlier. We asked the reception if we can check in and just store our luggages in the room but they said no, not allowed. In our surprise, they let other guest to check in and so we ask them again if we can already check in and they said yes! Frustrating! Their staff were too noisy, how on earth that they are started cleaning at 4 in the morning and even late evening were guest are relaxing. They never clean our room during our stay and not even clean it when we arrived. Walls are too thin that you can hear other guests from another room. And most of it, It's hard to locate their place. They should've put The Mall name or the facade so we can easily track it

Good Service”

I did not actually stay there. The We Meet Hotel is located in a building's 16F, the building got a power problem on the day we plan to stay and the problem cannot be solved before 11:00 pm . It is not the hotel's fault but the staff and boss did everything they can do for us. Even finally I decided to leave there around 11:00 pm but I would like to give 5 stars to their staff for the professional services.

Receptionists are really friendly and polite. Entrance, room and other facilities were clean enough. Only one thing that I was dissapointed about was location of the hotel, abit far from Taipei main station but that was because I wasn't familiar with the area.

Bad experience”

Cleanliness is the most important.unfortunately this make me dissapointed and is a very bad experience for me.THe room is full of dust! And the hotel is local in a very old building shopping mall!!! the front desk girl name Julia give us a very bad facial expression! I actually managed to stayed there for 5 days 4 night,but I can't stand the clealiness and then smell of the room even I hve changed the room twice and the same problem happened!! So I managed to check out in the second day!! For your info if you guest visit Taipei,can visit to the hotel local at ximending "Tango inn hotel" is the excellent hotel! Reasonable price and luxury and 3 min walk to ximending!!

Cosy stay! ”

The room was smaller than expected but it felt very homely. Slept extremely well the 5 nights I was there. Location was also near the train stations. Good option for 2-3 friends/couples going on a vacation.

Businessman's Hotel, Not for Tourists”

I booked this as my first place in Taipei, based on the cleanliness and facilities evident in the pictures. It is a very nice place, but it is NOT a tourist hotel. The front desk staff, who were very helpful, nevertheless did not speak much English. Thankfully, I also speak Chinese, and was as such able to parse out a basic plan to see the city's sights. However there are no tourist services available, and of the clientele I saw during the duration of my stay of a few days, I did not meet any other foreigners. This said, it's a nice, quiet, clean place, near a subway station. Just a tad pricey ($45+ for a single bed windowless room).

Amazing value for money”

This hotel was really good. Staff were extremely polite, and remembered my name. Room was very clean, bed was soft. View was great. Room was a decent size. Location was good - a 3 minute walk to an MTR station. Shower was large and nice, only issue was that there was a weird blocking issue where every time the water pooled for a couple of minutes then 'released' and all was fine for the rest of the shower. Only other thing would be that the pillows were feather and were quite hard once the feathers settled. Neither of these issues were a concern enough for me to mention to staff. I would absoluitely stay here again.

Great value and really nice botique room! ”

I loved my room and its design. The value was great and the amenities were nice as well with a fridge, too. It was a little hard to find as it is located inside a mall on the top level but you couldn't hear any noise. The staff's English isn't the greatest but they can communicate. I arrived at 0900 but was unable to check-in until 1500. I really enjoyed my stay and it was about a 10 minute walk from the MRT. Great hotel!

Good Hotel with comfortable room and cable TV”

Clean and spacious. Nearest Metro Taipei station is Taipei Bridge. Surrounding various Fast-food restaurants like KFC, McDonald's, Mos Burger, local eateries. Definitely a good choice to stay in Taipei.

Terrible hotel with flea”

It was a terrible experience. The room size is unimaginably small. We can't even sleep soundly at night because there is flea. The body feel itchy while my sister even bitten until full with red rashes on pairs of hand and leg. Althought the hotel is cheap and near to one subway station, it is located inside one old and shabby building. It would lead to unpleasant experience to take the old lift. The hotel location would not considered strategic as it requires guests to transfer between different subway lines to reach main sightseeing attractions. Overall, it was an awful experience and not recommended.

Great budget hotel!”

Our stay was pleasant and problem-free! The hotel is in a mall complex called Roof Plaza (天台影城), which is about a 5-min walk from the Taipei Bridge MRT (Yellow line). It is a little farther away from the main areas, but still very much accessible. The building has a Family Mart and a supermarket at the ground floor, which is very convenient. Housekeeping supplies fresh towels and toiletries but will not fix up the bedding. Other than that, we had a good time :)
