Lovely little hotel”
This is a lovey little hotel, large clean rooms, good pool and right on the beach. The hotel is run by a friendly German couple, when I visited they were training new staff so there was a few issues around dinner time but nothing major and we were offered a discounted rate because of this. The hotel is located away from town at the far end of the beach..which is good! The chinese are destroying the town, constant destruction and unfortunately a huge amount of pollution. Clearly the hotel can do noting about this. I would recommend the hotel, but I would not stay in this part of Cambodia again purely for what is going on with the constant construction, a few years ago the area would have been beautiful, now it it just a polluted building site. If you area in the area do stay at this hotel, it is probably in the best location you can get .

We were put in the wrong room and breakfast was a disaster, we ended up going to the next hotel for an awesome breakfast. The owner gave me back $20 on his own accord and sincerely apologized for our difficulties. The hotel on any other day would probably have been a better experience. I do recommend this hotel but communicate with the owner for best results. The short walk over the hill to the next beach "Otres"is the best time you'll have in Sihanoukville unless you go on an island trip or like gambling at unfriendly casinos. The "Last Hippie Standing" Bar is a must see.

Very hospitable owners. Very comfortable room and great bathroom. Little terrace out the front of the room. Lovely area at the back overlooking the creek. Location is a long way from the centre of town so you have to use transport. On the other hand that means it is quiet. Lovely beach out the front but beware the water is not very clean.

I was looking for an easy access to the beach, front porch with tables and chairs, along with breakfast served on my front porch each morning. I found it at Spayhiti. A quaint spot looking at the ocean. All ground floor and easy access. A lovely western and more style restaurant next door which is also very good. Thank you Spayhiti for a wonderful stay.

Die Besitzer der Unterkunft legen alles daran, dass sich der Gast rundum wohl fühlt. Mir wurde unkompliziert ein Moped für meine anstehende Stadterkundung organisiert. Am ersten Tag wurde ich mit in die Stadt genommen und konnte so den Gang an der schönen Promenade mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten auf den Abend verschieben. Bei meiner frühen Abreise wurde sogar ein Lunch Paket für die lange Überland Fahrt vorbereitet. Jegliche Art von Transfer oder Reisevorhaben werden sofort und einfach vom Besitzer perfekt gelöst. Für die abendliche Unterhaltung ist man immer an dem großen Tisch unter Einheimischen mehr als willkommen. Ansonsten konnte ich mich jederzeit in die sichere und gemütliche Unterkunft zurückziehen. Leider wird sich das Stadtbild durch internationale Investoren zunehmend verändern.

Wir haben uns hier sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, alles passt einfach perfekt! Tolle Lage am ruhigen Strand, klasse Pool mit angenehm kühlem Wasser, gut für eine Abkühlung! Die Zimmer sind groß und super eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Das Bad ist klasse.Die kleine Anlage ist toll gepflegt. Kerstin und Gerald sind zwei super nette Gastgeber. Der französische Koch macht seine Arbeit wirklich sehr gut, egal ob asiatisch oder europäische Speisen, alles sehr köstlich. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage! Wir werden wieder kommen. 位置太特么偏了！海水也脏”
刚开始check in的时候因为没有在agoda预定，老板说28刀，最便宜27刀，最便宜都比agoda贵啊！然后她叽里呱啦说了一通什么公司补贴之类，我就直接问能不能现场预定，说可以，那就定吧，给钱的时候不知道为什么不能微信支付，只能现金，然后我就给了25美元，半刀也没找回给我，不过后来说可以免费shower。所谓的海景房只有1号房才能看到那么一丢丢海，总共十间房，左右排列，过了马路就是海，但是！海水太特么脏了，有条不知名的河源源不断的污染，不知是不是生活污水，沿着海岸线走两三公里才到市区，坐tutu要四五刀，我都是走出去的，太失败了，以后选房要靠市中心～
