Great panoramic view of Subic Bay., especially Grande Island and the forested mountains. Very accommodating staff with unmatched courtesy and hospitality. I realize the tumultuous maintenance challenge to keep the resort in top shape. My only concern is the ponding of water at the shower floor. A superb additional “Casitas” rooms feature will be individual private infinity pools overlooking the bay to make this resort truly 5 star. How about adding a fitness center?

I highly recommend this Hotel of ACEA SUBIC BAY. The location is very accessible near Subic attractions (Subic & Ocean Adventure), shops and some restaurant. The facilities are great, especially the spacious room, clean infinity pool and beach. Also, the staffs are all very approachable and friendly. This hotel is perfect for holiday with family or loved ones. More power to ACEA SUBIC BAY!!

Hotel Court Meridian is located in the center of Subic hotpots like Networkx (just across the hotel) which is a water sporting hub, it also adjacent famous restos around the area. So far, the stay was very relaxing and comfortable for me and my wife. Beddings were very nice and comfy. Staff are great and friendly. They even allowed us to check-in as early as 12noon. Just a couple of comment though, there's no swimming pool in the hotel- this might be an issue for some but since we went there during a rainy season and our mindset is to roam around Subic or just stay in the room, it's not an issue for us. Second, the parking are just around the hotel, which may inconvenient some people since you might need to go around the back of the hotel to park you car and its not covered. Besides that, the hotel is great and should be on top of your choices when visiting Subic Bay Freeport Zone!

I mean, you get what you pay for, right? The pool was okay, the beach wasn't super clean (wouldn't expect a lot considering there isn't a lot of people working in the hotel). But if you compare this to other three star hotels, there's still a lot of room for improvement. The food is great though. I think the best part of my stay is the fact that they had complimentary dinner. I saved time (i work remotely) and money. Would I book again? Maybe, if I had my parents tagged along since the place was somehow instagrammable and they are CRAZY for selfies.

This is the first time that we went to Subic, and we didn't expect that a "3-star hotel" would give us a five-star home-feel experience. What we love about Mansion Garden Hotel (MGH): 1. Location - walking distance to shopping malls (Royal Duty Free, Freeport Exchange) and restaurants (Meat Plus Shop, Seafood by the Bay, others) 2. Facilities - MGH has its own Ministop convenience store franchise, spa, restaurant. swimming pools for children and adults, and events place. 3. Hotel ambiance and condition 4. Accommodating and friendly staff - our cable TV had a couple of glitches, but they were able to address our concerns immediately. 5. Value for money We're definitely going back when we visit Subic again.

Staff were attentive and mindful of their guests. We chose this hotel because only few Freeport zone hotels have pools. Lobby was not that pleasing though. They have worn out sofas. Receptionist is accomodating and will tend to your needs. Once you get inside your room, you will see all the brand new furnishings and appliances which are also well maintained. The flooring is not carpeted which I find hygienic. One would also notice the numerous power sockets. I counted 12 in all. Good for the power hungry gadgets. The bed is comfy with clean linens. Another thing that I like is the 50 inch LCD TV. They also have a terrace where one can smoke. Bathroom is spacious and clean. The disadvantage is the location. It is far from downtown Olongapo. But generally, I would recommend this place.

We arrived 1:30pm Thursday of Holy Week.... hotel is fully booked but check-in is quick, we requested 2 extra beds and these were brought up immediately together with extra pillows and sheets, reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, all their staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is very clean, bathroom is spacious and very clean, furnishings are of quality materials, not cheap looking. just make sure you have the correct cool settings for the a/c,...hope that the hotel can maintain their cleanliness and "newness". Only downside was there is no elevator, and we were on the 3rd floor....Pirates restaurant served good breakfast, although the menu selection is limited, and if you would want to have dinner in the garden outside, the servers would gladly set a table for you... location is ok as it is quiet, though boardwalk and other restaurants are just a few minutes walk away.....is hotel isn't cheap, but it is all worth it... will definitely be back...

I have just stayed at the Seorabeol for the second time and am planning to do so again soon. If you want to stay in the SBFZ of Subic Bay, this is a good hotel. The pool is one of the best designed I have seen in a long time. Starts at 2 foot for kids and slowly slopes down into 6 foot for adults and is a huge pool. Old but still good. The rooms are big and comfy. Huge wardrobe for clothes, shower/bath and a balcony for us smokers. I have eaten at the restaurant here and the food was quite good. However, u have top quality restaurants in Texas Joes and Xtremely Xpress just a walk away. Also the Pier one entertainment bar with live bands is a short walk away. The staff at Seorabeol is always friendly and helpful and the hotel has a "homely" feel about it. To get a good quality hotel room these days for under $100 is great value and to any detractors, I simply say, "Are you expecting too much of a budget hotel in the Philippines".

- friendly staff - yummy hot chocolate drink - astonishing view of Subic Bay from the room's veranda - a few minutes away from Subic's main tourist destinations: Treetop, Subic Safari, Harbor Point Mall etc. - just a few minute walk to Pier One Bar & Grill and Giligan's - breathtaking view of Subic Bay from The Lighthouse veranda rooms - 720 Bar is cool, however, last call for food orders at 11pm is too early for party goers

The room is clean, has relaxing lighting, large window to let natural light in in the morning, with ample amenities, has lots of space (can possibly accommodate a small family), and the best of all, the room we got has a bathtub. There's free first-come, first-serve garage parking and lots of parking outside the hotel. The staff are very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The hotel's location is in the middle of the Subic Freeport Area, which is basically minutes away from the beaches of the north and the forest reserves to the south. It's also a couple of blocks away from two major malls like Harbor Point and SM. This is very accessible to guests with their own vehicles. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and will definitely stay in this hotel again if ever we visit Subic again.

This is a wonderful hotel!.. my family comprised of 5 children, inlaws, brothers, grandparents and parents stayed in this hotel just before the holidays. We booked it last minute and were quite surprised. It was labeled a 3 star hotel but it should really be 4 Star —maybe even 5 Star. The rooms are very clean, well furnished and spacious. Bathroom and amenities looked like a 5 Star hotel. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was included and very good, -“and staff was very helpful in terms of helping us book excursions. They have a beautiful pool at the top of the building with great views of hills. Location wise —walking distance from all the great duty free shopping and restaurants —the best one is the teppanyaki place the hotel owns as well. Great food and entertainment by the teppanyaki chef. In same building is a VR game booth—so fun for the family and kids. Owner of hotel extremely gracious and talks to people asking for feedback. Highly recommend this place!

We frequent Subic like 3-5x in a year and this is our first time to stay here because it was always fully booked. No wonder. This hotel is by far the best in Subic. Room is huge, large bed, clean sheets, new clean towels, AC working perfectly, staff at reception were prompt & helpful. Check-in/check-out was quick & easy. Best part though was the Bulalo soup we ordered in-room for dinner. It was a hefty, sumptuous dish for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was good too. Can still improve on the shower as shower head needs to be replaced, pool towels were not so nice, beds by the pool need cleaning, umbrellas were not working, staff at breakfast were not as warm. Hope to see this improve on our next visit.

this is a new hotel that is in subic bay. they are still doing a lot of construction and building in this area. there will be a new sm mall i believe soon. subic bay has a great night life and many fun things to do. this hotel was very much worth the price and went above and beyond in room and service. the tv is flat screen and big, the bed comfy and the air con is new and amazing. the hotel i believe is owned by a man from taiwan, and he put a lot of comforts in it. the bathrooms are nice and me and my girlfriend had a very relaxing time here.

Stayed with 3 small children... Room may be old, but the service and staff were very accommodating. We arrived at the hotel 4 hours before check-in time, and happy to say that they allowed us to check-in the room 3 hours before check-in time, and during the length of our stay, the staff were able to fulfill our requests promptly and with a smile! :) Location is also very strategic... The mall was walking distance.... Just across the street. There is a 24-hours convenience store just behind the hotel... so if you need a cheap snack in the middle of the night, there is a 7/11 nearby. The hotel and rooms may be old, but the location and staff and a huge free breakfast compensates for them. :) thank you Subic Int'l Hotel for the great service and great attitude towards younger children!

I am a regular visitor to Subic and Venezia was recommended to me. From the helpful security guard to the check in staff everything was perfect and as a bonus I was upgraded. Room service is from a 5 star Chinese restaurant next door so quality is excellent, there is a casino attached but I was never bothered by noise or patrons. I found I could walk to the new Ayala mall and also into Olongapo so no need to worry about parking. Subic has changed so much and many first class restaurants of all tastes. I found the hotel very helpful and happily recommend. The only downside was I could not regulate aircon as usually I dont use and happy with a fan. In fairness I didn't ask the hotel about this so guess self inflicted!!!

We had a pleasant stay at Subic Holiday Villas. We were initially booked in a room on the third floor but were accommodated in a first floor room in the front building when we requested for it. The room smelled very musty though when we first came in that we had to ask for several spritz of air freshener all over the room. The heater was not working efficiently so expect cold showers and baths. The kids' pool was only 3 feet deep so our kids were able to enjoy swimming. The food was a disappointment though. If you want better tasting food, I suggest you go out and dine elsewhere. There are plenty of restos in the Freeport Zone so you have plenty of choices. The staff were very nice and accommodating. They do attend to requests immediately.

We were just looking for a place that was for an overnight stay. I was a little apprehensive of booking first but I was pleasantly surprised by the place. It’s SO spacious. High ceilings, extra space sit, closet you can walk in. Bathroom is also so clean. Water pressure is good. Heating system is great. Overall, such a good place for the price Breakfast was good. It wasn’t buffet but eat all you can by ordering which dish you like. I actually preferred it as it meant we can all get dishes we wanted. Only con we didn’t like that the extra pillows we requested smelled like food. It bothered us a bit but the main pillows were fine. Great place and i think better than the Mango Valley 1 and 2 from the outside :)

I was a bit surprised that a small aircon can be powerful enough to cool a big room on a hot summer day! It was quiet in the hotel. They had hot and cold shower. One thing thats keeping me from coming back is that they dont offer breakfast together with their rooms. They dont have a pool. Security was a bit relaxed. Their location is the best. Very near to most of the duty free shops and fast food chains.

Mango Valley 3 has spacious rooms, comfy beds (make sure you ask for a single queen bed). However, there seems to be the faint aroma of smoking inside some of the rooms, even if they're designated non-smoking. The first room I asked for smelled like it, plus i got twin beds (not the single queen bed I requested when I booked), so I asked for a transfer. The next room I got was better. Harborpoint Mall is walking distance, so easy access to restaurants. Would love it if the rooms could at least offer a hot water kettle for morning coffee.

Happy we chose Hotel Bahia when we suddenly decided to stay overnight at Subic Freeport to Visit Subic Safari the next Day. We decided late around 5pm and they were very accommodating. We checked the rate online @ Agoda and they facilitated our online reservation. They even offered us to book an adjacent rooms for th 2 rooms we booked which made it more convenient for us. It is a very convenient hotel because of its location. There are restaurants nearby and also a bar and resto in the hotel. It is a one floor hotel which I also like. The bay is just on front of it and you can have a walk at anytime of the day since it is secured. The garden in middle of the rooms is refreshing. Towels are clean and new. Toiletries are also provided. We will definitely go back and recommend Hotel Bahia. Thank You!!!

We find the price of this hotel very affordable compared to the other hotels in Subic. It’s strategically located-- near the beach, restaurants and convenience stores. There are even stalls nearby where souvenir items are being sold. Staff are very friendly and are always ready to attend to the guests’ needs. They also have a restaurant, we have already tried their breakfast which is tasty and cheap.

After a four hour drive from Manila to Subic, Subic Homes was a lovely respite for our family. The accommodation units were nice, clean and complete. Info about Subic and places of interest were provided by the front desk as well as in booklets inside the house. These were quite useful for me as we were not able to prepare much as it was an impromptu trip to Subic. Would have liked if there's a landline phone available in each unit so food delivery can be arranged easily. Subic Homes is also conveniently located near much of the places of interest. Overall, it was a lovely experience and will surely come back to Subic Homes on our next visit to Subic.
