Where to stay in Sukhumvit
Sukhumvit hotels & accommodations

The hotel is new and I got the deluxe room which is spacey and a huge bed. I am talk about really huge bed here, i believe this is the largest bed i ever seen in a hotel. The room is clean and modern nothing to complain here. Everything works and clean with very helpful staffs. The location of the hotel is a little far away from Nana BTS station which takes about 10 mi...

Simply love the location! We've been visiting Bangkok very frequently and always stayed in a 5 star hotel in Chitlom. Just found out about Grand Centre Point Sukhumvit through my friend in facebook. It's the best hotel for our needs! We can take the MRT train from Sukhumvit station directly to Chatuchak market. Exit at Kamphangpetch station to section 24 where all ...

I alway stay in the Sukhumvit area when visiting Bangkok. As my regular hotel was fully booked during my recent trip I had tried Arte Hotel based upon a recommendation of a friend. I must say that for the price charged Arte Hotel is indeed value for money. The room might be a tad smaller than the ones I am used to but the excellent service and facilities more than make...

In one word - AWESOME! Location is just next to the Marriott Hotel and a 3 min walk to the BTS Station. Walking distance to Sukhumvit 55 where you can find plenty on spas, restaurants, cafes and some really good local food. The hotel itself is not huge, but intimate, very nice decor and rooms, pool and gym on the roof. Rooms were clean and new, bed is really comfy and ...

The Continent Bangkok by Compass Hospitality is tucked away and easily missed from the street. On the North side of Sukhumvit Road just about midway between Asok Montri Rd and Sukhumvit Soi 23 is a small driveway entrance that I mistook for an alley many times strolling by on the sidewalk when I first stayed in the area. Luckily, a great price offering on Agoda brought...

A new kid on the block this is a brand new hotel which is great for Soi 8 because all the other hotels here are quite old and dated. Soi 8 is a very peaceful & relaxing soi, the hotel is very close to restaurants and bars and 7/11's, Sukhumvit rd, Nana BTS etc. The room is huge, the bed is divine, the bathroom shower & huge bath are fantastic, huge flat screen tv, gre...

We are a family with two young children and stayed here for 1 week. I have to say the staff are just as good even better than staff at some of the western run hotels in the area. We have stayed at many hotels in sukhumvit and phachara suites is easily up there with location, staff and room setup. This will now be my preferred hotel location in bangkok. I cannot stress ...

for the price this must be the best room in sukhumvit. the hotel itself is a welcome oasis from the hustle and bustle of sukhumvit 11 - which is itself a great place to explore. soi 11 must be my favourite street in bangkok great bars like cheap charlies and the volkswagen cocktail bars parked up along the street, restaurants like rosabieng and the one a little further...

It is difficult to pinpoint any fault to this magnificent hotel: the facilities are outstanding, the F&B is world class, the staff is courteous to the utmost. We felt pampered even not being the obvious guest for such a luxury hotel, the staff treated us with the utmost respect. This is the hallmark of distinction of a truly classy hotel. Very highly recommended!

We choose 137 pillars residence for our last night stay in Bangkok before flying back home and we were so happy with our choice. We stayed in a one bedroom residence, first we wanted to book a suite but the residence was totally fine, much better than we expected, we were on 22th floor and there was a small balcony with stunning view over Bangkok. It was very beautiful...

as a business traveler going back and forth to bangkok all the time, i have been staying in various hotels in sukhumvit and especially after staying many times at grand president, i have come to the conclusion that this place is ticking all the boxes that is needed for leisure and business. it has a perfect location; the staff is always on hand to help out. rooms and ...

I live in Thailand and need to be in Bangkok 2 or 3 times a month. I have a handful of Sukhumvit hotels in the $65-$90 price range that I use regularly. The Galleria 10 Sukhumvit is one of my favorites. I have been staying there since they first opened as the Ramada Encore. Although the name and ownership has changed, it still maintains it's high standard and quality. ...

Save for the very far location from the city center, the hotel is a good deal for its elegance, large room and bath, sportscenter and gym, pools and attractive breakfast buffet. The big come on is the price because one pays for four star accommodations at two star prices. The staff, of Thai and Filipino nationalities, are very welcoming and do their best to make one's ...

viva garden hotel is a brand new hotel (2 months old as of this review) with the luxurious touches of a much more expensive hotel. located literally one minute walking from the bang chak bts station, the hotel is set in a quiet, residential area on sukhumvit soi 60. the hotel exterior resembles some sort of space-age building, and the furnishings inside are sleek a...

We were upgraded to a bigger room immediately upon arrival so my opinion could be biased but I think this hotel was great. The front desk staff and bell hop were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel itself is located between Thonglor Soi 8 and 10. Thonglor is what some may consider a nicer area in Bangkok. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the vicinity,...

From check-in to check-out, the staff were 100% top notch. Ann at the Front Desk was superb. The rooms and property are well equiped making for a relaxing stay. I had previously stayed at nearby properties, but was recommended by a friend to try the Jasmine City. Glad I tried it. The Jasmine City is my new Sukhumvit hotel of choice.

my first stay at the royal benja in bangkok, probably my seventh or eighth visit to bangkok. of the hotels i've stayed at, i'd pick royal benja over all of them (except perhaps the j.w. marriott, but that hotel is in a radically different price range). it is conveniently located, about 2 blocks off sukhumvit rd, and about 3-4 blocks from the nana bts station so get...

Upon booking in a the hotel, front desk informed me that my Cool room was not available but they upgraded my room to a Studio room for the full 3 days at NO charge. Hotel gives each room 2 free bottles of water per day. Free shuttle from hotel to Sukumvit road but you can walk distance in 5 - 6 minutes. Very good internet speed and access, no downtime on internet usage...

Stayed over at S31 Sukhumvit Hotel for the first time and the experience was purely awesome! Staff at the Reception was really friendly with a smile on their face without fail. Room was really clean, comfortable and spacious. The bed was really HUGE and comfortable as well. Location wise, its really convenient as its about a 10 - 15 mins walk to Asok BTS which is in fr...

the hotel was difficult to find because it is located in a mall and signage is clear from one side of the street. we took tolls from don muang airport which was fast but the taxi driver needed to ask people in the area where the hotel is this is a common review....he also had to turn around...look for foodland...i recommend they place a larger sign on both sides of the...

in the past ten years i have been a frequent visitor to bangkok and tend to stay at different hotels to see how they differ from one another. reading reviews prior to securing a reservation, i try to weed out the traveler who is just happy whining about anything or the first time travlers who have over expectations from reading too many travel magazines. that said i wi...
Cheap places to stay in Sukhumvit

All pros with this place. Great staff, very attentive and helpful. Staff speaks English well so not much of a language barrier. They can also tell you how to get around the city, hire drivers for trips to Koh Chang and surrounding attractions and get-aways. Nithinan that works there is the best. I would stay here again and recommend it. The only thing I would say that ...

This was such a great place that we extended our stay from 5 to 9 days. Nice staff, very clean room, cheap beer, nearby restaurants and 7-11s and food stalls, regular Thai neighborhood---several Skytrain stops from more touristy Sukhumvit area with malls. A Tesco center at the On Nut station, about 700m away, has a food court and grocery store, with a night market with...

It's a very clean property with almost all facilities available. Located in the heart of Sukhumvit Soi 11 which is close to many tourist joints. Most importantly, I very much liked the staffs who helped me out right from check-in to check-out. A big fat thanks to that amazing staff who not only booked a cab for me but also walked down with me till I get into the cab. I...

The owner was nice and very hospitable. The location is very good and accessible coz it's just located near BTS station and market which is very important for travelers or back packers like us. Free breakfast is not important or necessary but it's a plus. I love the coffee, though. You're assured that each room is safe and the owner were able to manage the customers...

Located at the back lane of Sukhumvit road, in between Phrom Phong and Thong lo. Walking distance to Phrom Phong BTS and the Emporium Shopping Mall, if you do not walk for another 20 mins, you can reach the Asok BTS and Sukhumvit Metro station, and also Terminal 21. Price is the cheapest in town with this high quality of their well design capsule bed or with a curtain...

This is the best hostel in Bangkok, believe me. I stayed in one of the dorms and found the room very clean and homey. The staff assigned was very polite. Though not in the center of Bangkok, it is well connected in the metro by BTS (On Nut Station) From the hostel itself, it will take less than 5 minutes to get to On Nut BTS. Motorbike taxis were readily available and...

The place is relatively clran, the feel is so homey. I love the complimentary coffee. The staff is super great, although not all speak english. The receptionist made sure that they offer best possible help to us who were all 1st timers in thailand. Krisna the night receptionist was super kind to us.

Stayed here on two separate occasions, and both times I had an adequately good stay! Rooms were tidy, nice beds, maybe hard for some. Washroom is good, but there is a lack of hanging or shelfs for clothes, just throw over the door! Lobby has a communal area, coffee and drinks, a pool table, tv... great little social gathering area and nice decor but a bit dark. Book sh...

I had a great time in Bangkok also thanks to this great accommodation I found. The location is pretty convenient: 10 min walk from the metro and BTS station which connects you to the city centre and also to the Suvarnabhumi airport; 20 min walk from the nearest boat taxi station Prasanmit; 5 min walk to a grocery store. There's also a big shopping mall and a famous st...

I just love staying at Lamurr Sukhumvit and i always managed to snag a bed there when i'm visiting the city on my own for a few days. The room/bed is super comfortable. I love the wood design and how spacious each of the bed is compared to other regular open bunk bed hostel. It's got the feel of staying in a nice capsule hotel instead of the usual backpackers dorm room...

Check-in process was quick and simple enough; I arrived at 1AM so that helped a lot. The location is quite easy to find (just a turn from Sukhumvit main road) and right next to 7-eleven so much convenient to grab any essential stuffs. It was my first time travelling alone and also my first time staying in a dorm-type hostel. It was far more excellent than my expectatio...

The hostel is very clean and close to BTS train station, therefore easily access to any part of the Bangkok by train. Hostel have good air conditioning. They provide free towel, shampoo, shower gel , hairdryer and so on. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Oround On Nut can find many street food . Two supper market Big C and Tesco Lotus are very near and other conven...

CHEAP PRICE!!! Nothing fancy but clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location with everything nearby; 1 min walk to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT, Terminal 21 shopping center only 50 meters away, many street food stalls around and etc.. I really liked strong and fast wifi. The staff were kinda shy but I found them very accommodating and helpful. Great value!

I'd say Hide is super clean hostel comparing with another places as the same price. So its a bit far from BTS sky-train but you can take motorcycle taxi (near top of the sukhumvit 50) just told them " Hide Hostel " only 10 bath but you can reach there by walk tho. There is no hair shampoo and shower gel, you should get it by your own. I'll back there soon

I had to book one night in a hotel close to a condo I was moving into the next day, and Cazz Hostel was the closest. Reviews were great, and I'd say it's a great value for the money. I booked a single room. Very small, but comfortable and well designed. Shared bathrooms where sparkling clean, and staff was very friendly. Nice vibe to the place. It is right on Sukhumv...

First time ever booking on Agoda and first time in Bangkok. This hostel made my stay in Bangkok so much easier. First of all, I was very skeptical about booking it because I wasn't sure if this place was clean enough. However, this place was CLEAN (both shared bathrooms and room). Cleanliness from a hostel or hotel is very big on me as I hate staying at dirty places (b...

i stayed 3 days 2 night at this hotel. the staff are really pleasant and very kind. near family mart from the hotel. very near to asok mrt(subway train) or bts(skytrain) station, also near terminal 21 mall at sukhumvit road. i've booked a room for 4 people in it with shared bathroom. the bathroom was very clean. the air conditioner works well. the weakness from this ho...

This hostel is located right on top of Wishbeer bar. It is walking distance from the BTS. It is surrounded by many restaurants off Sukhumvit 55. The comforters are comfy and the place is top notch. The shower rooms are tiny and have no place to hold your towel/ clothes but the shower heads are super hi-so. This is a fancy hostel at a cheap price.

Clean hostel with nice kitchen and common areas, and nicely situated near the skytrain and other points of interest around sukhumvit. Staff member Cherry was incredibly helpful and kind to us, especially when we had to catch a cab to the airport late at night and in the pouring rain. Cherry went above and beyond, staying late to make sure that we got out ok. My only co...

S7 Hostel is a new hostel in Bangkok that opened in 2017. It is a 5-7 minutes walk away from Phra Khanong BTS. If you plan on going to eastern Thailand [Si Racha, Pattaya, Chonburi, Rayong, Trat] or Hua Hin-Cha Am from Ekkamai bus terminal, then Ekkamai BTS station is just one stop away from Phra Khanong BTS, making S7 Hostel's location a good one. To find S7 Hostel,...

New hostel in sukhumvit/thonglo, very clean, friendly chatty staff, awesome location very close to BTS (skytrain) Station thonglo, lot of street food, excellent high scale party area in thonglo, close to ekkamai bus terminal, super fast wifi in every floor (100mbit), excellent value for money. My recommendation! (I lived also for over a year in Bangkok and know the ar...

I stayed here because it was really cheap and I only needed a few days in Bangkok while passing through. The staff and restaurant on the first floor was very cute. The facilities are basic and the lights in the bathroom areas didn't work well and were on a timer which was really annoying. The bathroom was also frequently out of toilet paper. It's about a 12 minute walk...

The hotel and room are very clean and modern. Looks like it was just built about 5 years ago. These a large 7/11 (turn right from Motel) store a couple minute walk away with a couple restaurants (turn left, 60-200 baht). One closes clearly while the other one closes at midnight. These not many places to eat to be honest hence they have a delivery service where the menu...

This place was spotless, it was lovely. Literally spotless! The girl behind the counter was really nice. We wanted to be on sukhumvit near a BTS stop so location for us was perfect, 2 mins from Pra Khanong. Could do with a front door key, at the moment there is a guy who sleeps on the sofa in the lobby who I guess keeps an eye on things throughout the night but we felt...

noisy in the part of the building where my room was. A generator type sound re-cycled every ten seconds. Shower pressure was really good, but dipped slightly every ten seconds, probably related to aforementioned issue. Big rooms with big beds and big bathrooms. Bathrooms have a tub and separate shower. Clean place. Did have a bit of an insect problem in the ba...

The Radisson Suites Hotel, in the Soi 13 Sukhumvit is direct located at Residence Bangkok Sukhumvit. I book about AGODA an extension night – because at my Hotel "Residence Bangkok" I cannot book a special fare. But with the help of the reception specially named Arisa, Bow and Bee we found a solution and I can use my (old) room one night longer. So I can only give...

My original booking with BW Amaranth was canceled by Hotel/Agoda without me being aware and I booked the hotel sitting in the lobby of Amaranth when i was bumped. It was 830 pm and i was so tired and disappointed ..did not have time to check the reviews of The Residence ..all i cared about was getting to a safe place where I could crash and find some place to eat. So ...

I have been to Chiang Mai twice, and it was my first time to Bangkok, and my experience in Thailand for the third time is nothing short of amazing. It was a fun-filled holiday and Best Western Plus @ Soi Yee-Sib (20) added to giving me a great time in Bangkok. The staff and manager were all smiles, extremely helpful, and attentive to me and my friend's needs. Even the...

Taking meter taxi from the FuramaXclusive Asoke-Sukhumvit Hotel to the Bangkok International Airport cost us about 2 hundred bht. The Taxi driver did not use the expressway / highway to get to the airport. Thus this save us of paying the highway toll fees. The travelling time only took about 30 minutes to the airport. The Sukhumvit MTR is about 3 minutes from the hotel...

The staff at Bless were extremely helpful to me and my husband, assisting us with little problems and questions with generous smiles and useful information. Housekeeping was fantastic, and willing to clean your place anytime before 5pm (which was great since we got sick and needed to sleep in late). We opted out of breakfast because there was a lovely kitchenette, buyi...

I wasn't expected S15 Sukhumvit Hotel much before the trip as I know which is a small hotel at the center of Bangkok. However, I was surprised how friendly and great service they provided. Such as, free internet service, which really helped me and my friend a lot as we were the new comers in Bangkok with limited information. MRT and Skyrail are 5 minites walking from...

Unexpectedly nice hotel at this price. First night in the standard room which is a bit small, but still 4 star standard, at 3 star price. I moved to a Studio Premium and stay for 6 nights. Room is double sized, open and nice view. Room is very bright as windows are floor to ceiling. The black out curtain helps me sleep well. See thru style bathroom is clean and sp...

Hotel is located on a quite street (soi 5) 3 minutes from the sky train on the busy Sukhumvit Road. A nice 4 star hotel , room was bug clean and comfy. It took me few minutes to figure that the room's electricity is controlled from on a mater box next to the bed, reminded me the final project in electricity class in high school back in the 80s. The staff was friendly a...

This hotel has everything you need and the best I ever experienced yet. The hotel has its own common room including a shared kitchen merely outside your room with kitchen essentials, such as: a coffee machine which allows you to help yourself free hot drinks with having to go out to the convenience shop, a microwave, fridge with free water bottles and a large dining ta...

This is absolutely my go to hotel. Located in the heart of Sukhumvit and just a few minutes to the Nana BTS ( yes, there's an escalator that takes you up), on a Soi with food carts, bars, restaurants, massage spas, tailors and a 7-11, you would be crazy to spend your nights anywhere else. Hotel is pleasant, rooms are spacious and clean. Front desk people are friendly...

This hotel is probably the most under-rated hotel in Sukhumvit. Located down a small soi (16) about 300 metres from Sukhumvit road is a lovely little hotel where everything comes together. The rooms, the facilities and the staff make this one of the more enjoyable places to stay in Bangkok. All of the little things you come to expect (but are often not delivered) come ...

The location is the best part of this hotel. It is 5-7mins walk from Phrom Phong BTS. Its is very close to Dinosaur park which is place of attraction for kids. Sukhumvit is a huge area which has different lanes. Check-inn regency park is in Sukhumvit 22. We saw many Indians staying in this hotel which gave us a comfort. Its very close to a very nice Punjabi restaurant...

Great newer hotel.. Have stayed here numerous times, very nice, good location, close to Nana bts.. Just found out this time, can use the fitness at Grand Sukhumvit Hotel, a big plus.. Breakfast is the only thing here not that great.. I just walk down to food land for breakfast and scenery..

Our 3 night stay with Travelodge Sukhumvit was an enjoyable one and we would definitely consider staying there again when back in Bangkok. The rooms are well decorated and come with all of the necessary amenities. The staff are incredibly polite, helpful and all-round accommodating. We originally booked the Standard Triple, but on arrival found that it was too small fo...

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and I can say with confidence that this is the best hotel in Bangkok. I had several needs that this hotel quickly accomodated. This is a soup to nuts hotel, if you ...

Metropole Bangkok was a pleasant surprise considering how few people know about it in Bangkok. The hotel is located very close to the new places like Sukhumvit, but a little far from the old town. One of the better hotels in Sukhumvit area. The staff are very friendly, they will always greet you with a smile on their faces. Rooms are very clean & well maintain, a definite must in hotels that I stay. Location wise is good as its just a few minutes walk away from Sukhumvit MRT, BTS Asoke & Terminal 21 shopping centre. Will definitely be back there in future!

The location is right on Sukhumvit road which makes it nice and easy to get to the BTS. The staff was extremely professional and Charlie and the front desk couldn’t have been nicer. The rooms had the latest Samsung smart led tv’s and b...

I can't say enough about AETAS Residence. It was incredible! The staff greeted me by name every time I came through the lobby. Coming back from shopping, I was surprised to see one of the staff running out to help me with my bags--while I was still 30 yards from the door! When I asked what time the tuk-tuk was leaving for the BTS, they took me immediately even thou...

I stayed at the Westin Grande Sukhumvit for 4 nights, and it was ideal on many levels. The location on Sukhumvit is amazing.
