All consumables are prepared as requested and will be paid from our caretaker: Drinking water - 75 pesos A security deposit of 3,500 pesos will be collected upon check-in. Accidental damage/s on resort’s property will be deducted from the security deposit. Remaining security deposit balance will be returned upon check-out. Thank you

“Nice resort! ”
The place is clean. The rooms are big, very spacious. Easy to find. Our stay would have been better if both burners of the stove are working and if there are complete cookwares. Water is also not free. We had to pay 70 pesos for each container.

“Good value for the money”
place is spacious and pretty. what you see from the pictures is what you get. Everything is nice however there are small things that are need to be fixed and cleaned more like the restrooms other than that i'll give it a thumbs up 😍😍😍

“チェックインチェックアウトについて”
ここは、チェックインが6:00pm.チェックアウトが5:00pmです。しかし、掃除が遅れてチェックイン出来たのが6:40pmでした。当然6:00pm前から入口で待機し、何度も電話して催促しても電話に出ず待たされました。ようやく入口付近に出て来た管理人に催促してチェックイン出来たが、日本人感覚からしたら、論外な施設です。それ以外は申し分の無い施設で、皆楽しめました。ついでにホットスプリングと名称にあるので温泉の効能を期待したが、ただの沸し湯じゃないかと思います。ある意味日本人からすると詐欺。この点を踏まえて利用してください。

Thank you for your feedback. First of all, the check in time, as mentioned in our listing, is 7PM. So for you to be able to check in by 6:40 PM is considered as early check in already. We answered your calls and already notified you that the caretakers are still cleaning and 7PM is the stated check in time. Also, our natural hot spring directly came from Mt. Makiling (you may research on this further) and no water heaters were used. I hope this clarifies your concerns. Thank you for staying!
