The room itself was fine for a one night stop over solo, its a good location pretty much next to the pier and easy to find. The breakfast cereal with milk in fridge and tea was a good compliment to the room. However it was the service I had an issue with, I got to the hotel and saw to get through the main door a key code was needed however I was not supplied with this code anywhere in my emails. I rang the number given for after 7pm and it was answered quite rudely by the guy who i think was external security. I was explaining I didnt have an email with the code and I wad locked out and he was rude and not much help. He said to send my booking confirmation as proof to him which i did and got no phone back. Luckily someone on the Agoda chat managed to get a hold of the front door code to get in where my key was waiting a long with the front door code, not much helpful inside when i couldnt get it first. Eventually at 12:30am i got a response from security saying had i got in, bit late for the response. That was my only issue. I think a better back up method is needed for the door or a faster response from out of hours security to help.
