I was disturbed by violence and threats made by a couple to staff at 3am in the morning after drinking. There was no working TV, for the duration of my stay despite several attempts to fix the problem. It was extremely noisy throughout due to the fire doors in the property being used at all hours of the day/night.

Reasonable inexpensive hotel ”

This was an inexpensive hotel and was OK for the cost. The room was cramped but clean. The area it is in had many good middle-eastern and Indian restaurants.

Very disappointing stay ”

I stayed at hotel with my mother for 3 nights. On our check in day the lift was not working. The management did not fix the lift or offer to carry our bags. I had to carry my bags up two flights of stairs. To make things worse the room was even more disappointing. I have listed things that really upset us over the past days: - only one towel was provided for a twin room - the towels were not changed - bathroom floor not cleaned - sheets not changed and barely tucked in - the floor was not vacuumed - the kettle provided was crusty and dirty inside. - the room windows would not close completely - the ironing area is downstairs Next to a toilet! The greatest let down was the inefficiency of the management. Despite having complained about rooms not being cleaned and towels not being changed/enough nothing happened. It got to the point that I had to remind them multiple times to give us fresh towels and had to personally carry my towels to the room.

Location is unsafe, told by staff not to walk to town. Rooms small. Had to change rooms 3 times and was still no better. If its not buzzing you hear its doors slamming.no soft closure on them. Booked a double ensuite and ended up in a twin.. for my anniversary. The shower just dribbled so we only had the 1 over 3 days as no clean towels or room no

After having 3 rooms the place needs a complete clean up. You must pay also for your key card 5 pounds.

Good - excellent 2 day stay”

After booking on a bargain price I checked previous reviews, some of which were awful. However I noticed they were from some years ago, more recent reviews were far more positive. And I can only add to them, was nicely situated just a mile from the centre with bus stops nearby, staffwere freindly and helpful, room was great and bed very comfy. Only problem on the 2nd night was a group of teenagers who arrived back from partying in the early hours and decided to carry on partying rather loudly. I eventually had to go downstairs and speak to the Night Manager who informed me he'd already had calls from other residents. He went up and told them in no uncertain terms that they were disturbing other guests. I asked him as I suffer from CFS could I possibly have later check-out so I could get some sleep and he kindly agreed I could check out at 1pm instead of 11am. He apologized profusely about these rowdy guests but obviously it wasn't his fault and quickly sorted the situation out.

Thought this was a good price when booking then had to pay an extra £5 for parking when I got there, that was after he tried to get me to pay again even though I had already paid in full. Could've gone somewhere cheaper that included breakfast if I had been made aware of the extra costs. Room was alright nothing to shout about, needed a better carpet clean. Bathroom was the best bit.

Good value for money”

the hotel is on a busy road with ambulances passing quite frequently with sirens sounding, so not ideal for light sleepers. the secure car park was useful and there is a good bus service to the city centre. the room was clean and comfortable but with limited hanging space for clothes - just three hooks on back of door. not a problem for us as it was just a one-night stay. the room was nicely warm despite it being a cold night. the breakfast was good, with a choice of cereals, fruit, tea and coffee, brown and white toast, and cake.

Chambre single très exigüe adjacente au salon (la salle de bain est presque aussi grande que la chambre), du bruit toute la nuit car utilisateurs ou personnel très bruyant à toute heure de la nuit. Je n'ai même pas eu de clé pour la chambre!

地址稍偏，像是中东地区的人开的酒店，一进到酒店大厅，浓浓的穆斯林味道，还好，房间里比较干净，没有异味，前台服务态度也很好，虽然酒店很安全，但是昏暗的灯光，加上隔音差，一个晚上还是比较忐忑，女士胆小者慎入。
