Excellent hotel”

A fantastic hotel located close to Newcastle centre. The room we stayed in was an executive room with a huge comfy bed and a fantastic rain shower. A very spacious room that was very quiet. The bar zio is wonderful with the very lovely Annabel providing an excellent service. A hearty breakfast to finish our stay was quite nice.parking was free also so all good and we will be staying here again. Highly recommended.

Too Noisy”

Bearing in mind that everybody was supposed to be self isolating, the people in the room next to us sounded like they were having a party! The walls are paper thin which meant that we could hear every noise. At midnight, I couldn't stand the noise any longer and so banged on the wall of the room next door to get them to be quiet. They did quieten down until 07.30 am when the noise started up again. So much for a lie in on a Sunday morning! When I spoke to the Reception staff when we checked out, I was told they couldn't do anything as I hadn't complained in the middle of the night when the noise happened....not impressed! Next time I will stay in the Newcastle Premier Inn - bigger and more comfortable beds and nice and quiet.

Superb ”

Lovely clean rooms , stayed here because there was couldn't get anything in city centre, taxi £6 into town. The only downside was the price of the breakfast, so went to wetherspoons instead

The staff are excellent. The restaurant is good bar area lovely overall I had a very nice stay. Only down side is in my room the mattress needs updating

Theatre trip”

Have stayed here on several occasions and always found the staff pleasant and helpful. It's a great location with free parking! Can't comment on the food as we ate in town. Room was perfect for us. Appreciate the fridge and complimentary water etc.

1-nite in Newcastle”

Located on the main street, the staff were friendly and efficient. Only issue we had with our room was the heating wasn't working efficiently the night we were there. Room was adequate size and came with a hearty breakfast.

i stayed here with my 2 kids. the room was so small for 4 family. i do not recommend to stay here with young children

Great breakfast. Metro station nearby. Rooms very clean. We ordered at our 1st night at the Restaurant 2 meals. They delayed a lot, but we got personally treated from the chef and our supper was free of charge. Very professional ! Thank you again !!!

Good location and comfortable rooms”

Good comfortable room with very easy access via the metro to the coast or city center. All you need in a hotel a typical bubbly staff.

Nice quality hotel”

Quite nice hotel in Jesmond with good standards. Stayed here for two nights and had a silent clean room with a good bed. Close to city centre and you can easily walk to Haymarket or take the metro only one station to be there. Fairly normal modern standard, but worth its price. It's a safe buy.

Decent stay, however, the front desk gave out the the same key card to our room to others in our party. This wasn't a total disaster, however, if they'd given the room key to strangers there might have been a different problem!
