Rumah besar dan boleh occupied 12 orang. Peti ais, mesin basuh berguna sangat. Lokasi dekat dengan bandar Kangar, landmark hospital. Bilik air 2 - bilik air kat luar je shower host tu susah nak adjust. Parking kereta boleh muat 2 kereta.
