Was lowering down my expectation after reading all the reviews but turns out everything going smooth... Check in lancar ngga pakai nunggu lama, staff friendly and ready to assist.. Kamar bersih, area kamar mandi jg bersih tanpa noda.. ambience dan facilities just amazing karena masih baru juga, my daughter just love it since the beginning.. trying to extend but all fully book.. Breakfast just perfect, dengan pengaturan waktu jadi ngga numpuk, variety makanan luar biasa banyak, the manager keliling utk bantu meja segera dibersihkan supaya tamu ngga nunggu.. Kolam renang bersih, the view also amazing.. overall it is a very good experience considering that it was a soft opening period.. thank you all the staffs for such wonderful time there.. Keep up the good work and surely will come back again veey soon..

This hotel is so beautifull and you can still feel the puncak weather. The staff was so friendly. While waiting fot he room, there was a service to do your nails and we got such a yummy telang drink. The hotel is super clean and provides u great hospitality. The hotel provides u such luxurious facilities. and it has a pool at the rooftop with an extraordinary view. Overall the experience was awesome.I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families

Be Careful with the deposit they asked when u checked in”
I checked in on dec 2, 2021 and like other hotel they asked for deposit which paid with BCA Credit Card When i Checked out, & they confirmed there was nothing to be charged during our stay. & They said the deposit will automatically refund to my credit card limit within 14 days. But until now MAY 6, 2022 the refund not received. I've asked botanica Finance & one of their staff, Kevin Aprilian on Jan 27, 2022. They promised to check and follow up. Unfortunately i forgot to follow up then until now i havent received the refund. Soooo be careful with the deposit they asked. Never forget to check ur credit card statement. If u dont follow up, they also doont refund the deposit 😭🙈

Breakfast was great, coffee really good. The staffs really nice esp. Maya and Nara. They kept my handphone and my baby's spoon when I forgot to bring after breakfast. Bed really comfortable and the hotel really clean. Surely will be back here again. Keep up the great work

Superb Great hotel with super staff Stay with my teens, the rooms are clean also love the hotel amenities, you can easily find hand sanitizer or hand washing facilities, the elevators use touchless buttons. Many variations menu for breakfast with helpfull staffs. Would love to stay here again

It's so much fun!”
Really loved staying 2 nights here. My children said this place is so memorable. I only have 2 things, it will be much more nicer if they had warm water for the swimming pool, they only had warm water for the kids pool. Since the pool is on the roof top it make it too much windy. And also not a fan for the food at breakfast or at the resto. Other than that I had no complaints. Definitely will be back here again!!

Top family getaway hotel!!”
Our family chose Botanica Sanctuary for our last weekend getaway. The hotel offers luxurious space of greens. Customer service attitude from the staffs have been superb since our check-in process. They have boogie car to transport us from parking lot to lobby area. Swimming pool is heated, located on the rooftop. We had interconnecting rooms for us and our children. Room is not so much spacy but enough for us to have a good rest. The only downside was the soundproof of the room as we could hear noises from the hallways but it was bearable. Breakfast was amazing, they offer so many intercontinental menu and kids love it. The hotel shares kids facilities with Pesona Alam Hotel, lots of kids outdoor facilities are on Pesona Alam. We also found a basement kids cinema and we can enjoy some disney+ movies for kids with beanbags and popcorns! Overall, i would recommend this new hotel to everyone seeking a getaway to puncak and near Safari area. Be careful to choose timing of departure and arrival due to one way restrictions. Very comfortable hotel and room, nice ambience although the restaurant doesn’t provide cocktail ( they have cocktail menu though). Room service for dinner and supper took quite a while, called back and forth. They limited the breakfast time for one hour and dismiss us although there were still many seats available. But the hotel complex is very nice for jogging and activities

Perfect for Staycation”
It was a great hotel for family.. Room is big and clean. BUT you need to ask for garden view otherwise your room might facing the road which is my bad not request to the hotel. If you need more activity for your kids you can go the pesona alam, another hotel nearby (they are one group btw).

Instagrammable Hotel”
At first sight, this hotel surrounded by nature (many trees along the way). The hotel have a lot of photo spots. The restaurant (Gyu Steakhouse) serve a very delicious and juicy ribs (i love it so much... :)). Breakfast served with many options in place (from local Indonesian, western, chinese and japanese food). Most of them are delicious. The room cleanliness and staff responses are top notch and flawless. The price is a bit high and the few facilities are shared with Pesona Alam, however if you want to find the spots to relax and take picture, this can be your choice to go. Keep up the performance, i love it overall. Thanks.

stay 1 nite at Valley suite, room is spacious and clean, bed is so comfortable while bed linen is so brand new and soft, staffs are friendly, breakfast is so so and unfortunately lunch at Garden brassierie was too slow even it was not busy hours. Overall is quite cozy to relax
