Upon our arrival, they greeted us with welcoming tea and the staff served us attentively. Spacious room with modern design which was fully equipped with modern amenities of hand lotion, shampoo, body wash, air purifier, hair dryer, large & small towels and the bathroom was decorated with granite. They would provide 3in1 coffees and teas and mineral waters each morning. The atmosphere of the room was definitely romantic with pendant lights around and felt at ease sleeping 2 nights here. The sound insulation was 10/10 which we were arranged at the rear side of the room. Really satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. This is the only hotel I will always consider for my next stay here in Hatyai. My rating: 10/10
I stayed 4 nights in a "deluxe double" room on the 8th floor. A beautiful and stylish room with many nice touches. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Room also had a clothes rack, desk, safe box, mini fridge, kettle, jumbo modern TV, and a nice rain shower. Water pressure and temperature fluctuated, at times annoyingly so. Plenty of power points for charging devices. AC worked well and was quiet. There was even an air cleaner in the room, a real bonus when visiting some Asian cities. There is a car park under the building and easy parking along the street. Staff were all polite and professional, excellent! The cafe on ground level served good coffee with a nice ambiance, soft jazz music playing there and in the 2nd floor lobby. The room was quiet, although the hallways echo a bit. Hope for a good neighbor. Location is good, just a few blocks walk to the weekend walking street area, and a few more blocks to Kim Yong market. Plenty of restaurants in all directions. Absolutely would return to this hotel.
There is no swimming pool and no breakfast. Just as information. But... You are definitely in the centre of most desired locations. Walking distance to many great places and restaurants. Great restaurant with amazing Peking duck, just around the corner. Great massage places, just around the corner. The rooms we booked had been not very spacy, but I was very impressed about the interior. Everything was done with lots of heart and professionalism, many small well thought through details... There was even an air cleaner. Top mattress, top interior. Downstairs was a very nice cafe. There is a parking area as well. Top hotel! Strong recommendation!
The location was perfect as it was pretty accessible to several popular spots: - Kim Yong market (10mins walk) - Koti Bah Kut Teh and chicken rice (5mins walk) - Qiuge Pork Leg Rice (8mins walk) - Lee Gardens (12mins walk) The hotel was overall very clean, comfortable and it smelled so nice every corner 😆 They have a cafe downstairs where you can get quick bites and drinks 😋 One down point would be that it only has 6 parking spaces inside which is quite limited as you may need to park at the road side if you’re back to the hotel too late. The staff was very helpful in getting a spot for us though!

“Overall a nice hotel”
This hotel was highly rated and I was excited to stay there, and while I loved some of it's attributes, I was disappointed in others. Pros: The location is good as it's close to the train station (which we didn't take but I know many travelers will) and a 8-9 minute walk from the night market. Another positive is an important thing for me which is the bed. Asia is well known for its hard mattresses, however in this hotel the bed was fantastic - medium soft while providing enough support for the back, and the huge bonus were the pillows, honestly the best pillows I slept on in my life. The staff were very polite and helpful, arranging us a long distance taxi at more reasonable price than the travel agency. Cons: A huge disappointment was the size of the room which is mot 25 m² as advertised, but rather about half of it, not including the bathroom. The hotel should correct it and not mislead costumers. So while sleeping was comfortable, being in the room felt suffocating, and I'm not even mentioning the fact that our bags and other belongings were in the was since the room was this small. Safety wise the neighborhood is bustling during the day, but at night even as early as 7-8 most of the businesses close and the streets feel abandoned and not very safe. I must say there wasn't an instant where the locals acted in a threatening manner, they were always kind, welcoming although a bit pushy sometimes, but the neighborhood is a little scary at night. All in all it was a comfortable and practial stay, nothing too fancy.
