"In general the stay was good, staff in general are very welcoming. Toilets could be cleaner as there were loads of damp and mold in our toilet. Requested extra toilet tissues but were never delivered. Also it maybe worth avoiding if you have any special requests. I sent special request to them via pagoda when the booking was made emailed them separately and even made a phone call on which things were agreed but unfortunately our needs were not met. We were flying into agadir to arrive at the hotel at 3am to which on the phone it was agreed I could pay 600 dirhams in total for the early checking by 5 hours upon arrival I was charged for the extra night at a rate much higher than I originally paid which caused quite an upset as soon as we arrived and u had to pay a total of 1,500 dirhams extra."
