Find hotels near Tianhe District -Teemall / East Railway Station in Guangzhou, China

Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe is located in the Tianhe district, which is 5mins ride (taxi or hotel shuttle bus) or 15mins walk from the Guangzhou Railway Station. The hotel provides shuttle service to and fro the Guangzhou Railway Station. However, do check with the hotel prior to your trip to find out the pick up location at the Guangzhou Railway Station as we had difficulties locating the hotel shuttle bus. Otherwise, everything was good. Guestrooms and hotel facilities were great, meeting the standards of an international brand. Overall, we had a great experience at Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe Hotel. *You can take a taxi from the hotel to the wholesale markets at Zhanxi Area. The ride is about 15-20mins.

We stayed there for nine days. One of the best hotel so far I stayed in China. Location is the best. Staffs are very helpful and can speak English. Hotel Condition and Cleanliness are Excellent. Guangzhou East Railway Station MRT is just 5-7 minutes walking distance away. There is a 7/11 just opposite of the Hotel. Complimentary Internet speed is very fast. On the day of my wife's Birthday, the hotel provided a surprise Greetings Card, Cake, Candies, Drinks which was really exceptional.

The Fraser Suites Guangzhou is conveniently located in the Tianhe District. There are many shopping malls nearby, providing guests with countless entertainment and dining options. The room was well furnished, with a kitchenette and a large bathroom. The breakfast buffet was decent, with a fair spread. Most importantly, the staff were very attentive and accommodating. A must stay for anyone visiting Guangzhou.

i chose this hotel as it was close to the guangzhou east railway station and i was wanting to make a day trip out to hong kong. the staff were always friendly and helpful. not all room staff speak english but they would always make an effort, as i can also speak chinese there were no communication issues. consierge were very helpful when asking directions to different tourist places. i think this has to be the best breakfast buffet i have had in china, it had an excellent selection of both western and asian foods. there is a starbucks and pizza hut across the road from the hotel. there was good wifi signal in the room so didn't need to plug my laptop in to use the internet. my room was on the 22nd floor at the back of the hotel where construction is going on. i was surprised to find that it was still quite quiet. a few times during the day i would hear construction noise but it never lasted long and i never heard it at night. the rooms were clean and spacious and i was surprised to find i was served cookies every night when they turned my bed down. would recomend this hotel and would stay here again.

of course it is not a westin or ritz, but definetely one of the best hotels in guangzhou. i have been there during the canton fair and it was a very comfortable stay. for chinese conditions the staff speaks english very well, even the "door-man". i have booked the deluxe superior room and it was quiet big. the shuttle bus to the fair had excellent departure times (from 8 to 10 am). the location of the hotel is in tianhe district and there are many restaurants and shopping malls around. i surely recommend this hotel and will book again for next year!

Location of the hotel is in Tianhe District which is the opposite from East Guangzhou Railway Station so it is easy to find. Hotel Card can be found in folder inside the room or you can ask from concierge. In the card you can find famous destination and map of hotel both in English and Mandarin. Most of Hotel staffs are friendly and can understand English well except Enginnering Staff so I was having a hard time to explain that the AC was not working well. The guest room which I stayed is large with double bed. Bathroom is equipped with both shower and bathtub. Coffee/Tea Service, minibar are provided free of charge. It is better to take a taxi to go out because the subway station is across the freeway so it is far to walk.

wonderful hotel with fantastic service. the hotel staff are polite and helpful. the rooms are clean and decent. the late checkout at 2:00pm is highly appreciated. the location of the hotel is near the east railway station though it is not within walking distance. it is convenient to take public transportation outside the hotel to go to other places in guangzhou. in addition, there is a shuttle bus offerd by the hotel free of charge to take the hotel guests to tienhe and east railway station at 9:30 and 13:30 everyday. great hotel worths another stay in the future!

This is already our second time to stay at Fortune Hotel. Here are a few of the things I love about the hotel 1. location The hotel is strategically located at the heart of Tianhe district. One can easily go to the hotel using the metro station. It is just 2 minutes away from Gangding Station. There are a lot of malls, convenience stores and groceries around the area. 2. Cleanliness and Comfort The hotel is well maintained. It is a bit pricey compared to the other hotels but it's worth it. It is clean and comfortable to stay in. 3. Free buffet breakfast They offer a lot of choices in their buffet. The taste is satisfactory. 4. Free shuttle to/from the Canton Fair My family visits Guangzhou mainly because of the Canton Fair. It is really convenient that the hotel offers free shuttle service to/from the Canton Fair Complex. You just have to refer at their schedule and take note of the parking area slot for the afternoon ride back at the hotel. The only problem that I find in this hotel is that the staff cannot understand English. It is very hard to communicate requests and other needs. Since the hotel gets a lot of foreign non-chinese speaking visitors, I suggest that they train their employees to communicate in English properly. Overall, I am happy with my stay in Fortune Hotel. I will definitely be back again! :)

We stayed for canton fair at Honder hotel, the internet speed was fast. breakfast was good. the chef was an amazing cook. GRO was very knowledgeable and sweet. Staff were polite and understood our needs. they exceeded our expectation in anyway possible. Hotel location is near a few food markets and small stores. Taxi is very easy to catch, only 5 min away from the railway station. the only complain has to be the tv channels as they only have one English channel. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Honder.

We love the hotel. The room is spacious and the furniture feel new and comfortable. Really outstanding for a Marriott run business hotel. Everything is cleaned nicely. The restaurant in the lobby has nice buffet when they have function. The location is a bit far to the MTR station. About 1 km walk, around the tianhe mall area. I would recommend this hotel for a business/budget friendly hotel.

Great location, 250 m from subway station. Pretty new hotel. Everything as expected for 5 star hotel. Best of all, free shuttle service from / to Guangzhou East Railway Station. Great food, buffet breakfast is really good and quality of food is very high. Free Wifi in room and lobby area which is very convenient. Hotel staff speaks good english, cantonese. No problem in assisting me with directions. Highly recommended. I would highly recommend the Marriott. The hotel is right next to several malls with plenty of eateries, very clean and modern. There are most high end shops and some middle class shops around. I felt safe in this area, well serviced by several subway lines.

i enjoy it as the location is really good for my business meeting. There are many nice restaurants nearby and i have choice of different cantonese food, thai food, or even italian food. will go next time. the mtr station is nearby, the railway station, Guangdong east station is just 10 minutes away from the hotel. and it took 35 minutes from the airport to the hotel. feel good with that. one more attraction for the room is there is kitchen inside so that i may cook like what i am at home. good for couple to stay in this hotel.

what a pleasant 2 day stay my wife and i had in westin hotel gz. with the location in the modern tian he district, it is a modern classy and reasonably priced hotel. it is almost walking distance from the east railway station, a convenient ride away to hong kong! check-in was fuss free with english speaking courteous staff. i simply love the standard room with big double bed which was firm and luxurious. room lay out was excellent and everything was working beautifully! we checked in on saturday and was pleasantly surprised to find out that sat nite is salsa nite! we had a great time dancing salsa and other latin dances till 130 am...and proceeded to teochew porridge supper!

Travelled with elderly parents and family to Guangzhou for business and pleasure for 1 week. Location is 10 minutes from the Tiyuxilu subway station and on the eastern portion of Guangzhou. Tiyuxilu is 2 subway stops from the Guangzhou East railway station for those that need to take the train to Shenzen/HK or elsewhere. Plenty of food and shopping choices within walking distance. Ample breakfast selection at the daily buffet. Booked the 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Approximately 138 square meters / 1485 square feet, and was spacious for 5 adults. Good sized dining and living room made it possible to entertain some guests in our unit. Much easier to entertain if you have a suitable sized unit. Loved how the unit floorplans and exact specs were posted on the website. Some hotels try and hide design flaws with voluminous verbage. Nothing like having the floorplans and specs to make your decision. Full sized kitchen including mid-sized refrigerator, but lacked any condiments and had only basic utensils and silverware. Clothes washer in room off of kitchen. No dryer, but use the window railing in the living room and the sun will dry clothing in a day. Master bathroom tub was designed poorly and a substantial amount of water would spill onto the floor outside the tub when taking a shower. Every room has it's own AC unit and they work well. Wifi in unit, but signal strength is rather poor and the router is located in the master bedroom. Moved it to the living room and the signal improved. If you have a large family or are staying for an extended period of time I would definitely recommend a serviced apartment.

It was a simple but nice hotel where the location is really good and convenient. It's near the East Railway Station and a subway station is also nearby the hotel. It is located nearby shopping district and food streets. Although we are not much of shopping but the local food streets are just fantastic and they operate late into the night which is most convenient for us. There are a few massage parlors and spas within walking distance and they are quite good too. Overall the hotel is satisfactory and I would probably come back again for the street foods but this hotel needs to improve on their TV channel offering, as it's really very limited programs and mostly in Chinese. There should be more English or foreign languages channels and they should offer the news channels from CNN, CNS, CNBC or BBC and not locally produced English News channel from CCTV.

We stayed at this hotel over a weekend as we were attending a business meeting nearby. The hotel is located in the business district of Tian He which is 10 minutes away from the famous Guangzhou East Railway Station which connects Guangzhou to Hong Kong. The staff spoke good English and were keen to help. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious. The breakfast offered a great selection of both Western and Chinese food.

Bellboy was extremely helpful - more helpful than reception who barely spoke English and not terribly willing to help. Arrived and there was no booking for us which was a worry because it had been pre-paid but possibly not there fault as they found it under a different name. Good location near Guangzhou east railway station but incredibly hard to find and very close to another hotel with the same name which makes it confusing! Hard for taxi to get to - needs to realise they have to go through to the back of the hotel to get in. Nice rooms though and quite comfy

Overall, I was really satisfied with my stay at China Mayor's. The best thing about it is it's location. It strategically located at the center of Guangzhou's Central Business District. It is very accessible by any mode of transportation. There are tons of taxi cabs passing by the road outside the hotel, there is an airport shuttle nearby that can take you to the airport every 30 minutes, and train stations are also available. Malls and shopping centers are also in walking distance if you stay at this hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel to business travelers.

Nice and compact hotel located inside the Guangzhou East Railway Station, and also with a wide variety of eating places nearby. Easy for taking trains . Room quite comfortable with all necessary facilities , room and counter services are quite efficient. However, may not be easy for taxi driver to locate as most don't seem to know the hotel location. Recommended if you intend to take trains to outlying towns and cities.
