Wonderful hotel with friendly professional staff”
This was the best hotel we had stayed in, in Laos. Only a short walk from the bus station and every member of staff was friendly and smiling. The building and furnishings are tasteful and beautiful. Our room was a standard double without a window but they had built a false window and even put an outdoor scene behind it. Nice touch. It was great value, immaculately clean and well maintained. The restaurant on the roof gave lovely views over the town and of the sunset. The staff again were very professional and attentive. The star of our stay however was the breakfast. It was a buffet and included in the price. It had every type of food from Asian to a chef cooking eggs to order. The fruit and pastries were fresh and kept topped up as was the filter coffee which was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful clean spacious room. I was shocked and thrilled to have a shower that sprayed into a tub instead of just on the floor. Staff were helpful—booked a last minute bus ticket for me without any complaint. Best breakfast I have had in SE Asia—a buffet spread comparable to a 3-4 star hotel in the US, with an omelet making station. I also had dinner at the restaurant: fast and tasty food and a GREAT setting with a rooftop looking out over the city. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend without reservations.

Great day place to stay & close to everything. The bed is THE most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for awhile the 7 months I’ve been traveling in SE Asia. Great happy hour on the roof with a great view but I wasn’t impressed with my grilled fish dinner.

Beautiful experience. The breakfast was the best and biggest I have ever has and have stayed at dozens of guest houses in SE Asia. One strong suggestion. Some of us get sick when we smell cigarette smoke. It ruined my meal at Panorama and I moved 2x to try to escape it. Please have a no smoking section and enforce it to protect some of us who are allergic to cigarette smoke.

This was the perfect place for us to stay. The facility was clean. The bed was comfortable. Usually the beds are too hard for me in Asia. But not this one. Also the staff was very helpful!! The only challenge we had was that we could have used another chair in the room.

Finest Hotel In Pakse! ”
We loved our stay in this hotel that is why we keep on extending everyday! There’s a lot of restos around to and even a market to buy some fresh fruits! We loved the breakfast especially the Pho and the hot coffee always ready every morning!!! Would like to commend Ms. Nang of the Front Desk! She really did a good job! We will see you in a few days!

The staff and owners are gracious and helpful. It is a wonderful place to return to at the end of the day to relax. Good atmosphere. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. This is the place to stay when visiting Pakse!

We only had one night in pakse. This is a multy story building that has a nice restaurant up on top of roof. Food was great has a view of town. Our room was basic but we had one of the best beds we have had in quite a few nights.it was quiet and very restful. The breakfast was also very nice. Wish we had 2 nights.

The male receptionist (forgot his name but he's a regular staff - always there for my past few visits/stays at Pakse Hotel) is very good at accommodating the needs/requests. The hotel also has a nice rooftop restaurant, that is famous with the sunset (though I've been there a few nights and ever was lucky enough to see the sunset due to the clouds). The airport is only 5 minutes away so the location is also good.

After some time travelling without comforts or a/c. This hotel was a welcomed exp, breakfast was delish, rooms cozy and clean, location for getting off the bus is perfect, right outside! Would stay again

Perfect location - best hotel in town”
5 mins from bus stop, close to town centre / markets and 10 min from Airport. Great breakfast, polite English speaking staff. Nice large bed. Stayed two separate nights, first night water in room didn’t get hot, only warm. Second stay the next rooms water was nice and hot.

Cant recommend this place enough. Staff was incredibly helpful when we got our dates wrong with a tour that we had booked. They changed our dates at the hotel and returned our scooter for us with a smile. Brekfast is lush as is the view from the rooftop bar. Rooms are lovely and we where sad to leave.

Excellent value for money. By far the best bed we have slept in for 2 weeks since we left home. Crisp white bed linen. Good breakfast. Only slight problem was no water in the morning but this was fixed as soon as we called them. Would not put me off staying again.

We stayed in a deluxe double. The bed was huge and had nice linen. The bathroom was clean and the shower was ok. The hotel was really nice and had a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant. Breakfast was ok, a bit over crowded at peak time. We stayed 3 nights and had to ask to have the room serviced the 1st day, it was done each day after that. We enjoyed our stay.

And on top of hotel at the 6th floor the fantastic panorama bar/restaurant . Must see with realy good food ( asian and european). The breakfast buffet is as well very good with a lot of choices . Only a positive experience, nothing else to say .
