Refused to book taxi to airport! ”

Visited from England the first twin room we were given wasn’t in a clean state so we were offered a larger room by a nice member of staff who did his best despite the language barrier. Would of rated this hotel good value for money/location hardly any tourists but there is McDonald’s, upmarket French cafes across the road. It is also one tram stop away or even a 15 minute walk from the Lama temple. However on our departure day at 6am on 10th May the lady working the night shift refused to call us a taxi to the airport from the hotel? Although it’s listed as a service on the website? We even used a translation app, asked the guard to help us and she continued to pretend that she didn’t understand we needed her to call a taxi from the front desk? Maybe she was scared to use the phone? We almost missed our flight and had to hail a cab ourselves off the street 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 and for this reason alone I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who is not Chinese.

Chambre de bonne taille et salle de bain agréable, en revanche la wifi ne fonctionne pas, et la douche était bouchée tous les jours, nous avons prévenu la réception à plusieures reprises mais pas de réparation. De plus, il n'y avait pas toujours d'eau chaude dans la douche ........ Petit déjeuner très décevant pour le prix, très peu de choix et très peu de quantité, si vous n'arrivez pas dans les premiers vous n'aurez que très peu de choix .... décevant. Mais globalement la chambre était tres agréable et silencieuse même étant coté rue.

地點佳 附近就有水果店餐廳和便利商店. 房間乾淨舒適.服務員也很親切. 唯一小缺點是洗手台排水孔有點異味 塞水孔又必須要直接觸碰底部才能開關⋯

직원들도 친절하고 했는데....”

다만 아쉬운거는 방바닥이 전에 묶었던분들이 뭘 흘렸는데 청소가 덜된건지 얼룩덜룩, 침대커버도 얼룩덜룩...첫날 수건은 낡았는지 구멍나고.....호텔복도에서 담배냄새가 좀.....주위에 맥도날드 파리바게트가 있어서 조식을 추가하지 않아도 되더라고요....다른도시대비 가성비가 좋지는 않지만 전시장근처로는 나쁘지 않았던거 같애요

все отлично, кроме уборки”

Выбирали отель долго, основным критерием был размер номера. На ресепшене по английски говорит один сотрудник, работающий в ночную смену. Девочки вообще когда слышат английскую речь впадают в ступор и ничего от них добиться невозможно. Уборка номеров может прийти утром, разбудить и не понимать потом, что им надо вернуться через час-два. И вообще не убрать номер. Уборка вообще странная, все протирают, но нет пылесоса. Тряпкой по ковру потерли, что сумели - то собрали. Все равно грязь остается. Но, при всем при этом, в след поездку мы остановимся именно здесь. Не туристический район, довольно таки спокойный. рядом есть магазины, метро. Мебель хорошая, кровать удобно твердая, холодильник в наличии.

房間霉味、煙味很重，要求換房櫃檯以當日客滿為由，無法換房也不給退訂！
