This is a Single Storey Semi-Detached House built on 3200 sqf with land.Tastefully furnished, fully equipped kitchen and culinary for your comfort and convenience. It has 4 rooms 4 toilets comes with standard 14 bedding, a Baby crib & high chair.

U.K.B CLUB has ample space and able to accommodate max 14 guests. A corner unit with the most convenient location ”

It is a semi D single deck house located at the end of the corner in the district. All the bedrooms are clean with sufficient mattress and tilam provided for big group of people. Some of facilities should be maintained or repaired in my point of view. Overall, it was a fair stay for us.

Unfortunate”

Unlucky for me. The wifi was down for 2 days. The living room aircon faulty and was notified by owner, few days before the trip. Had no real choice but to go thru with the booking. Owner kindly offer to give full refund if we cancel but it was too late to find another suitable place. Unlucky that my turn, the aircon was down and the entire stay was without the living room aircon. Owner offer a discount for the inconvenience and waiting for the final bill to come thru.

The house is spacious n the owner is prompt reply. Full aircon n BBQ pit is provided. Mini pool for kids , pool table for adults. Guardhouse entry, so feel safe. We 8adults 4 kids (including 1 baby) we felt the pillow & blanket is not enuf (the house mentioned can fit 14 pax) , n those blanket is very small. Maybe owner need to take note n refill it. Nevertheless, thanks for everything.
