“An incomprehensible reservation”
I arrived around 5 p.m. I was going to deliver the reservation to the desk staff and check in, who asked for various documents for confirmation, saying, "There is no reservation." After a while of checking, the staff asked me for on-site payment, saying, "The reservation has been confirmed, but the payment has not been made." When I made a reservation through Agoda, I informed that I paid the payment in advance, so the employee spent time saying he was checking again. Throughout this process, I wasted about two hours in the lobby, and I checked in, but the employee had no explanation for the delay in handling the work. The next morning, when I checked out, a male employee who appeared to be the host said, "We have left Agoda. We have nothing to do with Agoda," and showed an attitude that they were not at all at fault. It is highly recommended to customers who want to experience these difficulties.
