"Sign on reception said, 'arrive as guests leave as family. I was handed my bill, expensive for us and told "there you go!' No, thanks for staying, hope you enjoyed your stay, please come again, nothing. We arrived on Friday the owner was there and was great, however over the weekend, I think owner away, the staff's professionalism dropped dramatically. We have been to Samoa 3 times and prefer to stay with locals in beach Fale's, extremely better value for money & get to know the real Samoa. Seeing Samoa through the eyes of a resort, is like staying in any resort anywhere in the world. What makes Samoa are the people and many staff at this resort did not have the training or the heart in their positions. If Gavin wants a full private read on what I saw, is be glad to assist."
