Service and room cleanliness were great. Having a washing machine included in the room was very convenient. location was in tianhe district, which is near IFC, but slightly further away from the typical touristy locations (about 30 mins by train from hotel). The provided buffet breakfast had decent variety. However, we stayed in the service apartment wing and there was strong cigarette smell along the common corridors even though the room itself was not affected. The bed was hard but not unbearable. If these two areas can be improved, it'll be exceptional value for money.
Great location, we were there during Canton Fair, so the hotel was quite busy. Despite the crowds, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. We stayed in a business suite on a lower floor with a pool view — spacious, comfortable, and equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was a big plus. Staff remained consistently efficient with no long waits for check-in or service. There’s also a handy 7-Eleven on the ground floor (easy to miss at first!). Overall, a solid stay and good value for money.
Checked into Vaperse Hotel for 5 nights (3 nights in 2bedroom apartment, 2 nights in King bed apartment). Room is very spacious for both apartments and we had plenty of space for 3 adults. Service staff is also very polite and friendly. There is 2 MTR near to the hotel but takes approx 10mins walk each so for location, it isn’t the best but the comfort of the room makes up for it. Will definitely stay in the same hotel if I’m back in Guangzhou again
Overall, we had a great experience staying at Vaperse Hotel, which was recommended by a friend. One small comment, despite noting in my booking request that we needed connecting or adjacent rooms due to traveling with four young kids and an elderly family member, this wasn’t arranged on the first night. Fortunately, we were able to switch to another floor the next day, though it did cause some inconvenience. Other than that, everything was great. A special shoutout to Tony for handling our parcel delivery and airport transfer so smoothly, really appreciate it!

Booked a kimper business room for 3 people. Room was clean and spacious. Location of the hotel was also quite near to the popular tourist areas. Throughout our stay, we had a great time. However, we had a negative experience regards to the breakfast entitlement.. In my booking, It was stated that I am entitled to 2 pax for breakfast. However, when we arrived during check-in, we were told we are only entitled to 1. During the second day, we went for breakfast to confirm the statement. Two of us managed to enter for breakfast. On the fourth day, we were again told that we are only entitled to one and we decide to pay and not argue. Unsure if this is some system issue.
