Đây là một địa điểm tuyệt vời. Ngay bên sông, với một số cây cối tuyệt đẹp nhất mà tôi từng thấy. Khu đất đẹp, nhà bungalow mới và rất thoải mái, gia đình thân thiện và hữu ích. Rất đáng giới thiệu. Lưu ý rằng nhiều người dân địa phương Lào đến đây để ăn uống và thư giãn, điều đó nói lên rất nhiều điều.

We had an amazing stay at Wopakok Hotel. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The property is situated on a quiet and beautiful part of the Mekong River, just outside of Pakse, towards Wat Phou archeological site (a must visit). The bungalow we had was amazing - clean, comfortable, with everything we needed. We loved drawing the curtains in the morning and watching the river. It felt like our own private oasis. The restaurant is exceptional, with delicious local and Western food. It’s so good that many locals make the trip out to eat and enjoy the vista. Prices are really good for the quality. Overall, we couldn’t have had a better stay. Highly recommended to all!

My husband and I were originally going to stay for just two nights but extended our time here to be able to really relax and enjoy this beautiful and tranquil spot on the Mekong. We highly recommend the bungalows (which are not offered online so just ask the hotel directly about them). They have lovely balconies with amazing views of the perfectly maintained gardens and the ultimate river. The majestic and really quite awe-inspiring trees here were the initial draw for us and we discovered that the owners saved them by buying the land here a number of years ago before the main road was built. For the trees alone, it is worth going. However all the staff and the owners, Irish and Cambodian, are warm, attentive and kind. The Cambodian staff are very hard working and adorable. We loved all the meals here and just having a pause and taking time to read and relax came as a welcome break from our quite busy and fascinating travels. We loved that lots of locals go there to enjoy a meal, the grassy lawn, trees and the views. Having said that, there was always a tranquil air to the place. The hotel is between Pakse and Chempasak and we rented a new and very good scooter from the hotel to get around. If you love nature and are looking for some peace and quiet in the area, we highly recommend Wopakok. We wish those there only the very best!

I booked this place because I stopped in here last year and was so impressed by the location , the owners (English speaking) and the delicious food. My Thai family enjoyed the food. Very tasty. The scenery is magnificent and a short trip from Pakse. We booked 2 x bungalow rooms which came with everything we needed. Aircon and a comfortable bed. I highly recommend

You'll find exceptional hospitality by Sean and his family, and amazing views at this property. Do drop by for a picnic/meal/stay if you're motoring/cycling to Champasak town (it's approx. 10km from the town centre). Seriously, the place is a hidden gem!
