perfect hotel and worth for money”
I'm feeling lucky to choose Warmyes for my expedition to Pazhou Exibition at Guangzhou. The outlook of the hotel is just normal however the services given are superb. Frontdesk's staffs are helpful and they took immediate action for my request. Staffs at the lobby will check for people who enter the hotel's lift to ensure they are the guess. This makes me feel safe at all the time. They even care for your needs even you dont ask fortheir help.. Rooms are cozy, and clean. Hotel's location is great as it is just beside the metro station and food stalls. Overall I couldn't ask for more as it is one of the best hotel I ever stay with.

Comfortable, Clean and Convenient Hotel”
I have stayed at the Warm Yes Hotel on five occasions, sometimes for several weeks at a time while on business. The hotel is always clean and well maintained with comfortable rooms. The area is a little away from the centre of Guangzhou, but is very close to the main exhibition center (3 metro stops). The Metro is easy walking distance from the hotel and is the key to exploring this city. They are currently renovating the dining area and have built a new coffee shop. For those interested there is a McDonalds in the building and a KFC next door, but there are far more interesting local restaurants in the area. The staff are always friendly and helpfull and there is usually someone with a good command of English at the reception willing to help out. All in all the Warm Yes is a very friendly and comfortable, although not overly flashy hotel

Very close to Pazhou Fair”
Warmyes Hotel is perfect for people attending Pazhou fair. It is just 2 train stops away from Pazhou and metro station is just 1 minute walk from the station. There is nothing much to do around the hotel. There is a KFC close to the Hotel and a Mc Donalds in the same building. Also a Chinese restaurant within walking distance. No shopping nearby. Rooms are a bit dark with poor lighting. Bathroom needs to improve since water tends to collect on floor. However they do a good job cleaning. I stayed in the Best room available in Hotel. Staff is extremely Helpful and friendly. Breakfast is also good compared to other 3* hotels.

i stay in this hotel about 5 nights,the staff is really helpful and always actively asking what we need,always try to provide some little case but so useful for travelers like metro card etc.So its not wrong if they name their hotel warmyes.i think really suitable with their service provide.They also sometimes give you surprise thing like free some snack,fruit even the birthday!!Thanks Warmyes!! Also this hotel really near to subway and exhibition fair.They also provide free bus going to the fair.If i would like to Guangzhou i will choose this hotel.

Good place, close to the Exhibition Center”
This was my first time to booking this hotel. Because a checked it is near the PazHou exhibition center. And I amazing think is this hotel provide shuttle bus to exhibition in the morning. MTR station is so close so very convenient travel to other places. Hotel with breakfast that mean give us KFC , Mcdonald vonchor, wet market & hospital so close to us . I booked standard room with big bed. it's about 100 sq feet. I think is OK but the WIFI is not work. I will book this hotel next time

Great Stay, Near Pazhou, Shuttle to Canton Fair”
Our stay in Warmyes Business Hotel was good. We were assigned at the 3rd floor, just above a McDonald's restaurant (renting the 2nd floor). The hotel room initially smelled bad, but after some assistance in spraying an air-spray and leaving the air-con almost the whole day everyday, the bad smell was no longer a problem. The hotel was in a great location, very near McDonald's, KFC, some other local Chinese fast food chains, a 24-hour convenience store (Family Mart) wan't far away - just about 5-10 minutes walk away. There were also small local groceries in the area. There is also a cafe on the ground floor. The MTR station is really near, too, just 2-minutes walk away. You can easily get to anywhere in the sophisticated MTR network. The hotel breakfast is great for a small hotel - pizza, Asian and Western food. In the afternoons, the hotel offers free fruits in the lobby. Free shuttle to the Canton Fair.

great location, warm yes it is”
my husband and i are so happy that we found this hotel instead of the other ones that were on the site. this hotel is right next to the mtr station and is only 3 stops away to the expo center. we hit the tea expo 2 days straight because it was just too convenient and used the hotel's free shuttle bus once. the hotel stores luggage for you after check out and the breakfast was good. hint: the cook is great, i mean breakfast hours are like 7:30 to 9:30 i think.. can't remember, but try not to go right at the last minute which we did the last morning before check out.. there won't be any of the good dish left.. because everybody would clean those buffet trays so fast, the toast and the other cake stuff they won't run out off. all we could say is for the price we paid this hotel is definitely above average. it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely stay at this hotel again if we are going to the expo. warmyes!!

Friendly staff but antiquated facilities”
My business partner and I were visiting Guangzhou for the Canton Fair. We picked the Warmyes Hotel because of its good location, daily breakfast included with the room, internet access, and daily shuttle to the fair. Having stayed two nights I can say that the one thing this hotel has going for it is the staff, who are very friendly and very helpful. Other than that, this hotel left much to be desired. Frankly, with some vision and effort, this hotel could be absolutely amazing, so I hope whoever owns the Warmyes Hotel is reading this, and if you want some help making this a spectacular hotel, do not hesitate to contact me at your earliest convenience. Room: Beds too hard, inadequately lit room, plugs in weird places, dark bathroom with incorrect shower curtain, wireless and wired internet access fussy and tough to use, nothing to watch on TV, and antiquated fixtures and furniture. On the plus side the room had a huge closet, nice desk, tea and coffee station, refrigerator with free water and sodas, and free slippers. Hallways and lobby: Pluses -- newspapers and seating in the lobby. Negatives -- badly lit, bugs everywhere. Plus, the hallways to rooms were dimly lit and had no AC, a major inconvenience in a hot place like Guangzhou. Restaurant (free breakfast there) -- Pluses: good coffee, decent selection, omelette station, friendly wait staff. Negatives -- pokey decor and not very clean. I thought it was kind of cool that they offered free fruit in the elevator lobby, but it may have caused a lot of bugs. The Warmyes Business Hotel has the potential of being an outstanding hotel, but the physical infrastructure of the hotel needs major face lift. But with the staff they have, if they do such a face lift, it could be one of the best hotels in town.

Great location for fast access to Pazhou Expo Site”
The strongest feature of this hotel is its proximity to the Guangzhou Metro Station (about 100 meters) and the Pazhou Exhibition Site (3 stations on the same line). The entrance is not that appealing but the staff are warm and very helpful. I stayed in a business suite which was clean, pleasant but not spectacular and efficient with a desk and free wired internet. As the name states this is a Business Hotel not a destination resort or a place for a honeymoon. The room for the price was an excellent value for business stays.

Stayed during Canton fair and hotel service staff is the best in Guangzhou. Very helpful and informative and willing to help as far as possible. Very convenient location to fair and access to Metro is the best highlight for Warmyes Hotel. Recommend highly for travellers as its the best location hotel with convenience and very helpful hotel staff.

the warmyes business hotel is a good place to stay if you want location near the exhibition centre, the cost of the hotel is very modest for a place only to sleep after a tired day from the exhibition, the rooms are business friendly , the staff is superb with service and no problem with safety and very secured. however, we had to upgrade to a higher room since the regular room smells bad due to smoking from other guests. by the way, the bed was very hard . restaurants were only kfc, mcdonalds and nearby seafood restaurants.n breakfast was served in a simple way but not bad. just enough to get you through lunch.

warm yes hotel is a professional business hotel built according to international four-star standards, with every kind of facilities available. it is within walking distance of the china export commodities fair pazhou complex. there is free internet in the rooms. warm yes hotel is a four-star business hotel, lying in the prosperous chigang business centre, haizhu district, surrounded by pazhou international conference centre, huangpu dock, and qinshui park. the transportation is very convenient, as chigang metro station and many bus stops are around. it is 30 minutes from east guangzhou railway station and one hour from new baiyun international airport.

Very pleasure... The hotel location is great for those who go to Pazhou Exhibition. The hotel provides a free bus in the morning and evening. The breakfast is also great (Asia/Chinese style). There are some Chinese restaurants nearby, and a lot place for small shopping at night.

i have stayed in this hotel during the Canton Fair in Guangzhou. The location is very good and there is transfer bus every morning and evening from hotel to Pazhou Hall. also there is subway station just near the hotel and 2 stops to reach Pazhou. I would suggest staying in this hotel only for people who are traveling for fair trade in Pazhou Exibition Canter not any other reason.

Great location to Pazhou Exhibition”
Very close to Pazhou Exhibition and the hotel provides shuttle bus to Pazhou as well. There are some great Chinese restaurant around the area as well. You may do little shopping at night too. The only complaint I have is the breakfast: the hotel use to have buffet breakfast at first floor, but now they give us coupon to McDonald or another fast food franchise nearby. I would prefer the buffet as my last visit.

Very convenient and good value for the Canton Fair”
The hotel is close to the MTR and only 2 or 3 stops from the Pazhou Exhibition Centre, depending on which entrance you want to use. The restaurant is pleasant, although there could be more Chinese food on offer rather than the usual semi-Western style offerings. The hotel provided a selection of free fruit by the lift everyday, which was a thoughtful gesture. The staff welcomed you with a smile and were prepared to help wherever possible. The hotel also offers evening trips by minibus which are worth doing. Cheers! from New Zealand

This hotel was really good value. I was visiting Guangzhou on business to one of the smaller (in comparison to the Canton Fair) exhibitions. The only reason I chose this hotel was its proximity to the Pazhou complex. It had everything I required, and overall was pretty good value for money. During the Canton Fair rates at this hotel (along with others skyrocket). For similar rates during this period, you can get better value hotels slightly further out (although the GZ metro is very efficient). Overall, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory, and I would only recommend this hotel for those intending to visit Pazhou as it's really a long way away from Central GZ.

resting at Warm Yes Business Hotel is so cool. It's near the Pazhou Exhibition hall, it use the time to transport not to much and can go to other travel place so easy by subway or taxi. The room is clean, the facilities is comfortable. the 2rd floor has Mcdonal but the staff of Mcdonal cannot speak english as same as the KFC staff near by the hotel.
