Good Location with nice asmostphere”
I and my colleagues went to Guangzhou led Fair during June 8-12,2013.When I go to the hotel I felt that it is very nice and good area because Lingwu Hotel is located is nearly the exhibition center with also there are shuttle bus go to the exhibitions during the day.Besides, the rooms is so wide and clean,the staff is service mind to support us for travel as they help us to contact with the courier to pick up all cataloges when we got the fair.finally, if we will go to Guangzhou I decide to resevered this hotel again.

Miss Phoebe Su and Rowing are such an asset to the hotel. They make sure that guests are attended to. As non Chinese speaker, have Su and other staff speaking English helped alot. Breakfast was good and the trade fair shuttle always on time. Even offered is water and something to eat on the shuttel. That's great. The receptionist staff serves with a smile. On there otherhand, I wish you replace the bedroom carpets with tiles. If not, change the carpets. This would be great. Also, the aircon need be more powerful. It would be great if the Wi-Fi is more faster. Otherwise, i did enjoy my stay and hope to be back and recommend other people to stay there.

the hotel is cheaper then most hotel and very good value for its price because its newly renovated so its very clean and pretty comfortable. You wont find much hotel this clean in Guangzhou for this price for the canton fair. Also the food around the hotel is decent most other hotels for guangzhou fair have nothing around, but this hotel is located in a residential district.

Carpet had some burned spots from the cigarettes. Location for the canton fair and to get to the TV tower is really good though. Stuff was friendly, but English was not good. Next time I will try to find another hotel in the same location because I think it’s not really 550rmb per night.

The downside to this hotel however are the location, the food, and the beds. The hotel is situated in a shabby area, and does not have any convenience stores nearby. Our accommodation included breakfast, but when we checked out the food we were really disgusted with what was being served. The beds are very hard, so we had to ask for another comforter to use the other one as a cushion.

Misleading”
The hotel has very basic services, has been listed as a 5 star hotel which is misleading and staff hardley speak English. It's location appears to be in a industrial part of Guangzhou or in a very cheap area or in a lower class part of the city. The surrounding streets near the hotel are messy and they are no many restaurants where you can dine. Overall the only advantage was that Canton Fair was only about 15 min by bus which was organised by the hotel.

Tiny room, tiny bed, tiny everything. The room is about 2m wide. Staff would not show the room until it was paid for. Not worth the money. Granted - it is a 1 star hotel. If you expect it to be better than that, you will be disappointed.

To be honest, don't expect too much or too high from this hotel. It is quite old. The thing that I couldn't tolerate with the hotel is super poor service. They gave me a room with broken light switch and lights and when I requested a change of room, they told me I have to accept it as it is because the hotel is quite old. I called the front counter few times and they just hang up the phone even before I manage to ask anything. So basically you need to travel all the way to the front counter personally if you need anything. That pretty much sums up my horrible experience with the hotel staffs.
