The sunrise on the horizon, the views exceptional.

The premises was sadly lacking, the owner obviously has no idea how its managed or serviced or could care less, NO wifi, NO air conditioning, appliances that do not work, if your used to back packer style living, the place did not meet our expectations. Grubby lounges, we purchased towels to cover the lounges, the cushions were also dirty.

We did enjoy our time there and would stay again. The agent and the lounge were our only complaint”

We loved the locaton and the views - we would stay again although there were some things that were not satisfactory
Things I don’t like
We did not like the treatment or the attitude of East Coast Getaways. We did ask ahead of time the size of the garage as we have a Prada - they were not helpful. We googles and the garage was small. We had to borrow another car and not take the risk that our car would not fit. We went into the garage after two days - there were millions of ants - we phoned them and they did come around - we had to park in the street. We were afraid of ants being in the car. The lady told us she would inform us when the problem of the ants was fixed. She never phoned! The unit itself was lovely except for the dirty lounge. It is pilled and stained. There was sand under the lounge and we could not move it - there was sand in the lounge. There was still sand on the floor of the living room. I would have told the lady when we dropped the keys off but she did not come to the door - a man outside said there is someone in there!! Everything is automated. When we arrived at 2.10 on the Sunday we still had not heard from them as to where we could get the keys. We phoned the emergency number She said - yes I should send out the SMS We asked where the office was and she told us "near Kentucky Chicken" no proper directions. We felt they were not friendly or helpful. We also were hestitant about sending a copy of our credit card - we explained that we just got a new card as we were hacked. She was rude and unhelpful, we were happy to pay the $500 bond over the phone. We understand that automation is the way things are done but we are older and have rented many properties and have never had a bad experience before. As an owner of a beachside unit myself I would not like our guests to be treated that way. Courtesy goes a long way. Thank you.
