Literally the best hotel in town, so convenient, all you have to do is go downstairs and there are amazing restaurants, bars, dive companies, pharmacies and a 7-11. Everything you need. They have awesome live music a night too. These Semporneans really know how to put on a show!

Best location, numerous restaurants, helpful and efficient staff, beautiful ocean views. Most enjoyable stay. The only problem is breakfast, where food is not so diverse and it's gets crowded around the buffet.

Worth the stay”
The hotel is located just at the front of the sea. My room are provided with balcony thus can enjoy sunset and sunrise. Breakfast provided by local shops next to hotel. The breakfast is acceptable. Room is very clean however my toilet door does not have door knob which was weird. Regardless i do enjoy my stay here and will definitely consider staying here next time.

Very nice budget and strategic hotel at semporna”
Great stay at semporna, very strategic as it is very near to jetty for ur snorkeling/water activities. It is also near to famous seafood restaurant. If u r renting own car, please expect difficulties to park. But parking here is free. Annoying with Bajau Laut kids but it is the culture here which u will gain the experience of the peoples here. Staff was good n nice.

The location is right by the sea, plenty of good seafood restaurants next door. The room are clean and comfy. Now during the rmco the price is super reasonable Best time to come. For the adventurous eater there is a bajau restoran behind the hotel that serves great local dishes

Don't expect too much”
Breakfast sometimes is outsourced to a chinese restaurant, and the restaurant staff are quite rude. Room size is small, there is hardly space for luggage. Owner tries to thift on expenses, e.g. they take away your aircond remote control, during cleanups and you have to request for it back, you get half a roll of toilet paper and nothing more until you ask for a new one, at breakfast, if you get 1 choice and one drink, additional charges apply for extra egg, vegetables, etc...
