Beach Paradise”
We had a relaxing stay at the white Sea Boutique. There was some noise due to some new units and on our first day the property across the street was burning their grass. But the pool was great, WiFi was good, staff and guest were friendly, toilets were excellent. Breakfast was okay but basic. The hotel is not right on the beach but it's only a 3 minute walk. Otres 2 is an exceptional beach. Just beyond White Sea Boutique there are many decent restaurants. The best food is probably served at the Secret Garden, near the end of the strip. We loved hanging out at the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoon. On Saturday evening we went to the Otres Market for some great live music and fopd which is run by expat hippies and it felt like 1971 to me.

Perfect little place to stay, lovely family that run it very friendly and happy and spoke good English. Rooms are very clean with fresh white bedding, great ac and hot shower. Overlooking a lovely pool and tropical gardens so relaxing. Only 2 minutes walk to the beautiful beach at Otres 2 with its chill out bars and restaurants. Family rooms were huge. Highly recommend this one, great value for its location

Extended our stay!”
We booked for 5 nights, but ended up staying 9! We really liked the hotel: big rooms, good shower, excellent aircon, nice pool. What really stands out is it's location! It's literary 200 metres from the beach, although you don't really notice that the moment you arrive. Otres II has lots of bars and eateries, we especially loved the bbq at Sam's Beach Bar! Wherever you go, there are always nice beach chairs to relax in. I like the fact you can just order a big bottle of water ($ 1) and use the chairs as long as you want. No money needed for renting them! Lots of bars have happy hours, a draft beer costs only $ 0,50 then. Include a beautiful sunset and you have the perfect place to spend your holiday.

Excellent place to stay”
The stay was excellent for us as a young couple. We paid about $30 on agora for one night in a twin double bed room!! The cleaniness of the rooms and pool area were immaculate and the bathroom was great with a decent hot shower and toilet facilities. We wanted to stay one more night but they were fully booked but the manager sourced us accommodation next door then let us use his pool facilities the next day. It is located in the otres two area which is very quiet and chilled out with only a handful of bars hotels and restaurants to choose from but an ideal break away from the serendipity beach area.

Very nice, intimate hotel”
We stayed one night at a double bed room with a/c and a clean bath. The staff were helpful with check in/out. The breakfast was simple (eggs, toast, coffee or a few other selections), but good. The hotel is a 3 minute walk to the beach. There's restaurants/bars at the beach, which were good and average priced. The beach is clean with powdery sand. The beach had very few people (about 15 in 1 kilometer) despite a holiday weekend for Vietnamese travelers. The hotel has a small, but very nice pool surrounded by gardens and a stone path. The front staff/manager helped us get tickets for the boat to Koh Rong Samleom. At first, in the morning, he said they were fully booked. Then, he made some calls and found a boat trip was added to the schedule. He tried to get us a private boat for $100 but we said no. Then, he tried to charge us $40/person for the speed boat. We said no. He finally charged us $25/person, which is average but $5 more/person than you can get at the boat pier. I don't mind people making profits, I just get annoyed when they attempt to take advantage. I also know Cambodia is a poor country and this weekend was the end of their high season. Still, make your money, but don't take advantage! Although I like the area (Otres 2) and hotel, we will not stay here again nor can we recommend it.

Expensive, but cheap compared to other seafront”
5 minute walk from Otres 2 (best beach, imo). In isolation this place is expensive BUT compared to other beachfront hotels here, it's a bargain. Premises are nice, rooms of a good standard and size. Shower pretty poor but that's the usual everywhere. Staff were nice and helpful, if a little unwilling to bargain on prices! Would be good for couples or families.

Great value for money”
White Sea hotel was perfect for what we required. We live in Phnom Penh on a noisy street and were looking for quiet nights! Others have said about the beds being too hard but we found them to be very comfortable. The breakfast was fine for me but my husband needed two. The pool was lovely and clean, nice to come back to after the beach. Beware though that there are heaps of mosquitoes, they have insect spray for the rooms at reception. If you're looking for a good place that's not too expensive then I'd definitely recommend here.

A good option near Otres 2”
We were happy with our stay at White Sea Boutique. It's a decent hotel quite near Otres 2. Because it is not right on the beach, the rates are a fair bit less than some other options. The place itself is clean, pleasant, and quiet. We would stay again.

Good value for money”
This is a good affordable hotel if you are not looking to pay $100 + for a room. At Otres 2 there is a lack of decent mid priced accommodation. Directly on the beach , although set back behind their restaurants you have a choice of very expensive hotels (overpriced in my view for Cambodia) or backpacker huts. This hotel is not on the beach but is only 3-4 mins walk away, which means it's less noisy. The room has all you need, good wifi, air con, tv, fridge, kettle & hairdryer. Swimming pool is nice size. Breakfast is small choice, you order in the morning and they bring it to your balcony. They do take sometime to clear the plates away but we enjoyed watching the birds eat the leftovers! Room is cleaned daily so long as you leave your key at reception. Currently no restaurant but there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Awesome stay”
It was an awesome stay. For the rate of 40$ a night during New Year's time, it was definitely worth the money. Plus, they offer free pick-up to their property from anywhere around Sihanoukville area. Breakfast was good, although of limited choices. The location is okay, just a few minutes walk to Otres Beach, the quietest and cleanest beach in town. The swimming pool is clean and taken care of. It's a new hotel, so hopefully things will stay the same or even better in the coming years. Keep it up!

Friendly staff and very nice pool”
Pros: Our room was a decent size Good air con Good wifi Lovely pool Friendly staff Breakfast quite basic but fine and very nice eating it on the terrace outside our room Few minutes walk to Otres 2 beach, with plenty of places to eat. 15 minute walk to Otres village for more eating and drinking options, or a few minutes in a tuk tuk. The friendly guys at the hotel can help organise onward travel too. Suited our needs and we booked to stay longer.

Great place”
This is a great place, about 200m from the beach and an easy walk to Otres Village. The pool is in the middle with a small spa which you just ask them to turn on. It is relative new so the aircon is good and shower nice and clean with hot water and pressure. The rooms are a good size and there is a little balcony where they will bring your breakfast. The guys who run the place are very helpful and will organize anything for you.

The hotel is very comfortable and quite charming.The young men running the place are extremely affable and obliging,Thank you. Token breakfast was especially welcome in the rain,try the pancakes with jam. In sunshine there is the scent of flowers.The pool is delightful,no really deep end,and still enjoyable in rain.The small orange dogs are friends. Otres 2 is literally the end of the road,and needs sunshine to be seen at its best. I enjoyed the room facilities,and slept very well in real darkness and peace. I recommend White Sea.Rooms in the garden,or right side of the resort are more private.

This place was one the or cheapest in Otres 2 and it was amazing! We loved our little garden villa. Super close to the beach and the staff were very friendly and willing to help book any tours etc. The pool was amazing and breakfast was good too. Loved, loved, loved the dogs and puppies! We wanted to take them all home. Would definitely recommend this place!

Good rooms, good pool”
They have free breakfast but no restaurant that's open yet. Apparently it will open soon. In order to eat I had to walk down to the beachfront restaurants, which weren't far, but still. The pool is pretty good. I liked all the plants they had on the property. Everyone working there was nice and helpful, and the owner seemed nice as well. I think if it had the restaurant open it would be worth the price, as it is I think 30 dollars a night is too much. But I wanted to be at the far end of Otres and so it was worth it for that.

Quiet, but too many hot steps to the beach”
When I visit the beach, I like to stay close, like salt spray on the window close. I will even settle for across the street. This hotel is located further than that, which was difficult to discern from the map, not knowing the area. I felt like I was on the side of the road, not at the beach. You could walk in less than 10 minutes. Other than that, no complaints. The rooms are nestled among lovely flowering bushes, they are stylish and spotless, the pool couldn't be cleaner, and the staff went well out of their way to accommodate my requests. Frosty ac, strong, hot shower, in room kettle, soft sheets, surprisingly comfortable firm bed. A tasty breakfast was delivered to my room, enjoyed on my little private patio. You'd pay nearly twice as much for the same room on the beach. Quite nice of you don't mind a short hike to the sea.

Nice hotel but in disrepair ”
The hotel is strategically positioned at Otres 2 beach. About 5 mins walk to crystal clear waters. A few beachside restaurants that serve good food.too bad the hotel has been sold to the Chinese like many other lands and building in Sihanoukville. Afraid that Otres 2 might suffer the same fate as other beaches due to over development. If anyone wants to enjoy the crystal clear waters of otres better go in the next year or so.overall a pleasant stay and purely for RNR.
