Good location with friendly staff”
Book this recommended by a Friend who is working in Beijing for 6 years. Hotel is more for those who like Chinese style breakfast. Good location near Dawanglu MRT station Beijing subway line 1 and 14. Walmart within walking distance. 40 mins to BCIA airport. Even is peak hour the expressway is near the hotel so it can get out of the jam quickly.

The Winterless is a convienent choice if looking for a budget hotel in the business district. Large shopping mall with plenty of places to eat a few minutes away. The rooms are fairly small but are fine if you are not planning to spend a lot of time in the room.

For the price, which was much lower than the Radegast down the street, the Winterless is very good value especially if you are in town for multiple days and have business in CBD.

I must say that this 3-star hotel has excellent customer service big thumb up to the front desk staff who are willing to go extra mile to assist me to track my online purchase items. I am touched with the great attitude by the staff and definitely will revisit this hotel should i have my next business trip to Beijing in future.

They need to change their bed!!!!”
stayed in winterless hotel for 4 days and what i like was the location of the hotel only. i'm was on a business trip hence not going to complain anything about the room size but the bed was really really bed!!!!! i can feel the spring of the bed and it's super uncomfortable to sleep on the bed. other than the bed, the wifi at the lobby was bad too!!! was trying to connect to the wifi and the staffs told me that it's down and they are fixing it. i guess they will need few hours to fix it but it turn out to be days!!!!!! well, that's is my review for winterless hotel. not a bad stay after all but the management need to get those things fix seriously!!!!

Good price, but lack quality”
The room was not clean and some of the power outlets didn't work. Also, with the Winterless, it's generally unpredictable whether you get a smoking or non-smoking room. Breakfast is mainly Chinese; they also have toast and butter but no knife (really -- even if you ask for one). Communication in English is possible but difficult. It's fairly cheap and not great.

Nice hotel near the facility.”
Nice hotel, near many good shopping malls and not far from the airport and about 300-400m from the subway station . The room is fine quite clean but the bathroom is a bit too small. But the best thing is, the reception and workers are very enthusiastic and really want to help you, even though they can speak few English. You should try it if you want to find a place in Chaoyang district.

Similar to my previous reviews. I got one of the new single rooms, and it was ok. Not perfectly clean, but not as dirty as some of the double rooms I had got in the past. The 110V power outlet in the bathroom did not work, but it was ok otherwise.

Great location but tired hotel”
The location is fantastic but the hotel is dated and tired. My room was not very cleaned. It didn't seem like they vacuum the room because there was all kinds of dirt on the filthy carpet. If you can get pass the cleaniness, the price is good and the location is very convenient.

The rooms are not as clean as I'd expect from a business hotel. There is hair of previous customers all over the floor. Continental breakfast isn't available. Nor are knives. But the price is ok.

Old business hotel with very poor cleaniness”
the worst hotel in term of cleaningness for all these i travel all over the world. at least for the one i stay, maybe there are worst out there. but even from budget hotel to luxury brand i have stayed them all. for what winterless claim as a three or four star hotel, it is far off then a budget hotel in the basic cleaningless.

Reasonable for biz trip”
Location is the best but needs to be cleaner in bathroom. Reception speaks English a little but was communicatable and kind. It was weird to see running machines on 3rd floor. Are they for running or sales? Hope to have more info about public transportation access or taxi calling service. Hotel is fine itself.

Just about acceptable for a business trip”
The stay was a bit better than the previous time because I got a "Lady's room" -- a room designed to be used by women travelers. I got this because I asked for a non-smoking room and there was no other left. The room is considerably cleaner than the rooms I was usually given.

Friendly staff but still not very clean”
Different from my previous stays, there is now a single room available on Agoda, which is less expensive than the double that used to be the only offer. That's good. The rooms are still not very clean, and the air conditioning can't be modified effectively. My room was too hot most of the time.

The air conditioner temperature control did not work, the temperature was too low, and the quality of the air was bad inside the room. The floor carpet was not clean and i found some small garbage under the table, but the location of this hotel is good.

Bad smell coming from toilet, cistern flushing problems, cigarette smells in a non-smoking room, carpet stains and a very dated lobby with staff who are not proficient with the English language. At least bed/sheets were clean and reasonably comfortable. Pricing was attractive via Agoda booking, but only for short stays with minimal time in room.
