We booked for a superior triple but was bumped off on arrival. Insisting on a reservation already paid, they gave a twin room and added a mattress on the floor. This is not a guest-friendly hotel.

Good location for Pachou Exhibition”
The hotel is at Pachou area, but is a bit remote if talking about metro station, at least 15 minutes walk. Nevertheless, there is bus stop nearby with several buses calling at Pachou, so it depends. There are lots of local restaurants too. Room is spacious, despite my room is have a "false" window (a window with a view of wall). But stay 1 to 2 nights is still comfortable.

staff was great... didnt speak english but was very helpful somewhat nowhere to shop in this area without taking the mrt.. mrt is walkable but not near.. (you walk thru a hospital compound)

This hotel was extremely clean , it was convenient to the Canton Fair , but it would be such a huge help if anyone spoke any English at all...... Having said that , the staff went out of their way to be of assistance and co-operative ....Having stayed for a week , we learnt to communicate which was funny , but sometimes a bit frustrating...however they really did try very hard. There really is not a great selection of food places close by unless your happy to eat local ( which I was and it was good ! ) The hotel website claims a gym & sauna .... but if your looking to have a legitimate workout , spa or sauna ...you wont get it unless you go for the whole happy ending !!! The hotel rooms were extremely clean and well serviced , it really is great value for money , but not if your not a seasoned traveler, it is hard to find , not convenient to metro/subway and i never found one taxi driver that knew where it was ! staff are fabulous ... so if you happy with a bit of an adventure and have a translator on your phone/ pad ...go for it !

first time arrived in guangzhou it took us 40 minutes from airport to this hotel.I recommended u print the chinese address because taxi driver doesnt understand english address. We arrived and check in. The room is small and quite clean. The staffs are nice and the manager also very nice but cant really speak english. The hotel is quite new. Beside the hotel there are some restaurant as well. If you are planning to take the mtr. U have to walk around 10minutes.Chi Gang station. If you want to visit Canton Fair in Guangzhou this hotel is not near Canton Fair. Its far but yes you can take the MTR but not walking. It the same line with Pazhou (line 8). For me, I will rate this hotel 7 out of 10. The hotel is quite clean. Staffs are nice. Mtr is quite near and you will find in front of the hotel accros the street good food (steamboat). Value of money is cheap too.

It is OK if you have a fair to go to in Pazhou center. Other than that, just another hotel in the middle of nowhere, with good public transportation access tho. Clean and a little bit hard to find. Would stay again.

Чистый уютный китайский отельчик, все необходимое присутсвует, ежедневная уборка, выезжали рано утром быстро, документы об оплате предоставили без проблем. Не знаю, говорят ли на английском, нашего китайского минимума хватило. Все понравилось.

房間有整理 但能看得出灰塵 WIFI超慢，還不如4G 櫃台人員搞不清楚狀況 入住CHECK IN 還不懂流程，廣交會有外國客人還不太懂英文 房間洗澡水很小，應該部會再次入住
