Great location, good service from the staff, mediocre facilities”
Because I had to go to Poly World Trade Center the next morning and didn't want to squeeze in the morning rush hour, I chose this hotel which is the closest (you can say it's right next to it) and relatively good value for money. The front desk is a few shops crowded together, so you have to remember the name of the one you booked (Yicheng). The room is very big and the view is great. The hardware is average, there is a washing machine in the room (and laundry detergent xD!), but it couldn't be used at first. My friend asked the front desk and after checking, they found out that the water supply was not turned on... The hot water for showering is strange and hard to control, it's either too cold or too hot. The air conditioning is a bit insufficient, but it's cooler after opening the window for ventilation. The hairdryer made me laugh, I've never seen one that blows so weakly. Another great thing is that my friend arrived in the morning, while I would only arrive in the evening. My friend called in advance to ask if we could check in separately. That day, my friend sent me a message in the morning, telling me that she was already in the room, which was super nice!!!

Best if you are to visit Canton fair”
The location is really close to Canton Fair Complex. 500meter from fence of Canton Fair Complex. The room is big and clean. However, soundproof of room needs improvement. Restroom has some odor from pipe. But keep exhaust fan running can help. no facility in building. But near to building has many convenience stores. Also this place is closed to Metro of Canton fair as well.

I have booked this apartment 4 year in a row and seems now new company is in charge. They are doing some changes and replace some furnishing items and furniture. I think a lot more must be done but anyhow still good place to stay. The rooms still clean including bed sheets and cleaning room service is also good. Only missing the safety box in the room. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Very convenient if there is any exhibition taking place nearby. Also PWCT area each and every year there are more coffee shops or place to have breakfast or lunch and just some meters from Pazhou Metro Station.

Totally very good, recommend to other person especially event exhibitor. Only one thing, reception is not effective operation. I think need educate more multiple task staffs. The employees should understand if you leave the sign that says leave by the door. And they shouldn’t allow anyone to smoke inside the building. And the both room it smells bad sometimes.

The place is just next to Pazu MTR station which there's a lot of place to eat underground. The room is nice and clean. The view is not OK, just facing a dirty river. A little bit noisy in the morning because so many transportation men start to work in the early morning. The signal in the ground floor is not clear. The address in Agoda is not clear. There's not enough signal for us to find the correct building as most of the building looks the same. The user guide for TV is not enough, need more guidance to user.

Poor Customer Service (Front Desk)”
Housekeeping were awesome. Room was relatively clean. However front desk staff was not responsive to our advance cabs booking request. We arrange for cabs in advance to catch our flight & train, however the girls at the front desk just took our request & simply ignore it. They did not make a booking & did not inform anyone, before leaving the desk. My colleague manage to catch her flight but i missed my train. Poor front desk service!
