Zen in the Wind Residences RULES FOR COOKING: 1. Guests can cook and bring in food, however, we will not allow guests to cook and bring smelly food like wet and dried fish, dried squid, shrimp or fish paste (bagoong), any type of fish, durian, and the like. Roasting is not allowed as a form of cooking using a stove top type roaster. 2. Turn off the aircondition and turn on the exhaust when cooking. 3. Please avoid leaving behind seasonings like soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic inside the cabinet or unit since it causes unwanted odour. 4. Do not leave any food out that will attract pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help. GENERAL HOUSE RULES: 1. Check-in time is between 2 to 6 pm. Beyond 6 pm. a 200 pesos will be charged and will be paid to our unit admin. This covers the special transportation cost needed by our unit admin for the late check in. Check out is 12 noon the next day. 2. If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. Treat this unit as your own home. ☺️ 3. Our unit is a “No Smoking” room. Smoking inside the room is strictly prohibited. 4. Practice courtesy for the next guests by keeping the room clean and tidy as much as possible. 5. The use of amenities (ex. swimming pool, game room, indoor pool, parking, etc.) shall be subjected for additional payment as of Wind Residences’ charges. 6. Do not engage in any illegal activities anywhere on the property. 7. No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without prior approval from your host. 8. The unit is only good for 4 guests (including kids and infants). Please avoid exceeding this number to prevent getting penalized from SMDC Wind Residences. 9. Only 2 towels and tissue rolls are provided per minimum three days of stay. We have also provided 1 pack of toiletries (2 toothbrushes, 1 small soap) per stay and we also have shampoo and body available in the shower dispenser. Schedule of fees: All of our guests have the access to the following amenities and a separate guest fee that's mandated by the condominium administration. - FREE access to the Sky Lounge located at Tower 3. To avail of this, all you need to do is to register at the lobby of Tower 3. - MINIMAL fee for clubhouse amenities use Clubhouse has: 3 outdoor pools 1 heated indoor pool 3 badminton courts Basketball court Tennis court Game room with billiards, darts, and table tennis SCHEDULE: All of the swimming pools are open from 6 AM to 10 PM. FEES: - Darts (150 pesos per 1 hour + 50 pesos per dart pin, just register at the clubhouse) - Billiards (150 pesos per 1 hour + 50 pesos per cue stick just register at the clubhouse) - For outdoor pools and indoor pool: PhP 150 per guest per day during regular days, PhP 300 per guest per day on holidays. - Basketball court (PhP 50 per guest) - Tennis court (PhP 50 per guest, electricity fee of PhP 200 per hour from 6 PM to 10 PM) - Badminton court (PhP 50 per guest during the day, electricity fee PhP 200 per hour from 6 PM to 10 PM) Exclusive parking slot is available close to our Tower lobby which offers convenience to our guests. To avail of the parking, please advise us upon booking to reserve. A minimal fee of 300 pesos per overnight stay for multiple entry is our charge. This is significantly cheaper compared to the common parking area at the clubhouse which is farther away from our Tower. Important Reminder regarding Amenities FEES Payment: for the use of amenities, it can be paid at the Building Administration Office (Tower 5, Upper Ground Floor). For all amenities payment to Admin is only available from: a. Monday to Friday 8-4pm b. Saturday 8-12 noon only c. Admin is also closed on holidays If you plan to use the amenities when admin is closed during your check in date, we can purchase the vouchers for you before your arrival but please inform us of your plans and you need to ensure that the vouchers will be paid either you use or not since we will pay in advance . Payment will be in cash during your check in to our unit Admin and you cannot cancel it when we already bought the vouchers. Nevertheless, guests are free to walk around the premises.
