Overall, it is good to stay at this hotel. However if the timing of the feeder bus to the airport can be arranged as early as 5.30AM, it is more convenient for me (My airport check in time is 2 hours in advance)

Good Choice if you arrive late”
Our flight was delayed so we arrived at midnight. Location is very close to airport, clean room with helpful staff although they do not speak much English. Difficult to walk from airport so we had to use taxi (it was raining) who charged us 100 Yuan.

No frills airport hotel”
I only needed to stay overnight and depart for elsewhere in Henan Province in the morning. I arrived late and the young woman on the front desk was helpful and spoke a little English, which was helpfully, as my Mandarin is fairly basic. The room was clean, not very modern, no mini-bar, but with a safe and (for some reason) a fly swat and insect spray. I didn't need either of the last two items. It was comfortable enough and my transfer to the airport was easy to arrange.

It really bad experience for me. Both drainage of washing basin and bath tub were silted up. I have told the front-desk staff regarding the issue actually. However, no improvement in the following day.

空港空港至近のホテルですが、英語は全く通じません”
空港から1kmほどにあるホテルです。価格が手頃な割に部屋は広く、コスパはかなり良いと思います。航空会社の常宿にもなっているようです。 Wi-Fiはありますが部屋では殆ど電波が入りません。フロントでも微妙なので、重要なアクセス先には空港内で用事を済ませておくことをお勧めします。 空港への送迎は朝6時からで、時間帯によりますが大体30分間隔くらいであります。 ごく至近ということもあり、外国人はタクシーを使ってはなりません。中国語を話せないと高い確率で騙されます。空港から向かう場合、ホテルの場所が大通りの反対側になりUターン出来ない中央分離帯があるので、ものすごい遠回りをされます。空港から利用する場合は、事前に中国語の分かる知人やスタッフと携帯で連絡が取れる状態にしなくてはなりません。私の場合は地元に親しい友人（元通訳）がいたので、クレームを言って貰い最低料金しか払いませんでした。友人が言うには、この空港で中国語が話せないとタクシーに乗るのは相当な注意が必要とのことでした。（余談になりますが空港から鄭州市内に行く場合は乗車前に料金確認をしないと必ずトラブルになります） 国際ホテルにも関わらずホテルのスタッフは英語が話せませんし、誰もタクシーとのトラブルを助けてくれません。 ホテル自体に問題はありませんが、国際空港の至近ホテルで誰も外国語を話せないことはサービスが悪いと言わざるを得ません。

空港近くのため、朝早くの便利用で宿泊しました。空港からタクシーで行こうか迷いましたが、一応シャトルバスが出ているようなので乗り場を探しました。空港カウンターであまり英語が通じず、結局退勤する係の人が、空港スタッフ用の車で送ってくれました。 ホテルは普通ですが、サウナが営業していず、ちょっと残念でした。
